I was able to do it online and even changed it online when I had a scheduling issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had a really good experience overall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would say that my only piece of feedback was that they didn't clean my eyes before applying so if you want them to, you need to speak up. Sunny was my lash technician and she was very knowledgeable. I've gotten lashes done elsewhere before but it was a long time ago, so I don't remember what length I would have gotten. I was going for a look that wouldn't look too plain, but I didn't want spidery-looking lashes either. I went with the double (160 pieces) upon her recommendation, and a cat eye shape. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I liked how she didn't try to convince me to get something more expensive and was really just trying to accommodate my style by looking at the shape of my eyes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The whole process took about 45 minutes, which was the quickest I've ever gotten lashes done! I will say though, they didn't last as long as I hoped. I was hoping for around two weeks but it really only lasted about one. Full Set - Classic - Natural I couldn't get an appointment with my original lash place, so I decided to try someplace new and wow, I'm not disappointed! BlackLash is my new go-to for lashes! Not to mention, there was a mix up with my appointment but the owner was accommodating and took me regardless. BlackLash is clean and lash stations are organized. All the technicians have 5 years experience minimum and certifications are displaced on the wall. The owner made sure to thoroughly explain pricing, care of lashes, and what to expect the first few days. Hailey was the technician who did my lashes and she did a great job. This place couldn't get any cuter!!!! Ok so at first my gps took me the wrong way. I called and spoke to Matthew, who gave me the right directions and was even outside in the street waiting for me to pull up!! So I get there and the the decor was warm and inviting.....not cramped with beds and people and mess everywhere, like other lash salons. Matthew took me to the back for the consultation. He explained everything in detail and then gave his suggestions as to what would look best. He made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. While I waited for my tech, he offered me water and snacks. On to Angelica. She's a doll!! She made sure I was relaxed and even asked to see a pic of my previous lashes to find out exactly what I like and then it was on!! The application was smooth and quick even tho she took her time - does that make sense? Overall she made sure that I was happy and once the glue dried and I opened my eyes....I was SUPER happy!!!! This was my first time here and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. I think the owner did my lashes and she was very professional, she also kept checking my lashes before I left to make sure they were perfect. It was so relaxing that I think I nodded off on the table at one point. I was also surprised how great their prices were. I went for my first appt with a Groupon, but their regular prices are much more affordable than any of the other competitors around. I will def be back! read more

I was in contact with Matthew who helped me book this week for my birthday and I couldn't be more excited. I haven't done my lashes in a long time and after looking at their great reviews, I was sold. Got my lashes done somewhere else and came here to get them redone one week later. $70 ($20) to remove the old horribly done ones and ($50) to put on a new fresh set. (50% off to new customers) BEAUTIFULLY DONE! Went with a totally fresh new style recommended by my girl and I loved them! So glad she made the recommendation and didn't overcharge me. Not only was the Groupon price honored even though I didn't buy one, I just asked and when I called. I showed up a little late because I left my wallet at home and had to use emergency cash in my car but I had to call home to make sure I didn't lose my wallet in public. I first met Ari in a lash place in Ft. Lee and loved her work. She has her own place called BlackLash for a year now. I highly recommend BlackLash. Firstly, the salon is clean, nice location, plenty of parking and good price. But most importantly Ari takes her time and gives you fabulous looking lashes that last. She practices CDC guidelines and sanitizing is evident. Once you get your lashes done at BlackLash I doubt you will go anywhere else. Additionally, they have a sale for first time customers. I highly recommend this place. I used to go to city to get lashes done and I am very particular about lashes and nails + I am kinda germaphobic. Especially with this COVID19 situation. First of all, this place was one on one during the pendemic, the technician was sanitizing before and after service. After sweet nap time, I am very amazed, I asked for c curl ,size 10 and 11, 90pc per eye, this is what I got for last several years and it never have been looked this good. The price was competitive.I made appointment for 2 weeks touch up service, which is tomorrow and it still look good.
