As you can see in the top two photos my hair was damaged from dying it many times before, I used box dye during the COVID-19 quarantine leaving it in different shades of brown and a harsh line at the roots, and I also cut my hair myself making it uneven. The first time I met Sandra she made me feel comfortable and I trusted her with my hair because the way she spoke about hair showed me that she knew what she was doing, and she knew how to deal with different hair types. Sandra spent the day perfecting my hair and I was so happy and felt beautiful after we were done. Since then I've gotten compliments on my hair regularly, and my hair is a lot healthier than before.
