Once I saw that they said no to an all over color I opted out of getting cut as I originally wanted. i feel I could have just done my roots at home and saved myself the money. I said I didn't want black and they didnt try at all to go lighter I feel my hair is still dark if not darker. on top of that I was left with dye all over my forehead lol. I really just wanted to leave at that point so I also opted out of the blow dry. So disappointed, had been 6 months since I did my hair and was looking forward to it. I am sure they do great work, but not sure working with dark hair is their strong point.

It's airy and glamorous. It is never too loud or too crowded but always friendly stylists there to greet you. Justina is a pro. Not only is she genuinely a great person, always up on your life and great conversation, she's incredibly talented hair stylist. I followed her to this location by no mistake. It was very important to keep her as her work is unmatched. I've also had my hair cut by Joanna, who also works here. This was when I was crunched for time and Justina had no availability. I did not leave disappointed! The talent is endless at this salon. It's really a lovely experience and I refuse to go anywhere else. You don't get the catty nature of other salons, it's really so very pleasant. I've had, caramel, blonde, and even silver/titanium hair done beautifully by Justina. The woman cutting my hair explained the way my cowlicks were and to what extent I should cut my bangs for quick easy ready styling. She listened to exactly what it was I was looking for and then applied her knowledge in a conversation to reach a conclusion that would best suit me PRIOR to starting the cut. They show you before each cut to make sure the length they are taking off is correct and they will not get "scissor happy". Anytime they are going to take more off than you anticipate, it will not be done with out communicating to you prior. I have been going to a top notch salon my entire life and moved 45 minutes away from it. I needed a good cut and quick. I read the other reviews and figured I would give this place a go... She gave me exactly what I wanted, quickly and easily and to make the experience even more wonderful was the impressive array of skincare, hair care, teas and tinctures that she has carefully developed and crafted with years of experience and talent. I called and April was able to take me at 4, for a single process balayage! I was so impressed and thankful for that. When I got there I was greeted by the receptionist (I don't remember her name but she was fabulous too, she did a great job curling my hair)! Revive popped up with good reviews and thought I would check them out. I'm really glad I did. The staff was excellent and courteous. The salon was clean and decorated well. Most of all they did a great job on my makeup and hair. I actually don't usually like my hair wavy, but they did an awesome job. The next time I'm in the area I will definitely make a trip. I think that going for 6 months and asking for what I wanted without receiving it for that long was enough. I looked in the mirror knowing it was time to get my hair done and I had seen hair revival on Instagram and started following them a month ago. I saw how great the shades of blonde were and felt like this could be it! Claudia was who I had my appointment with. She made me feel comfortable right away. She is very friendly and listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions. Claudia spent a couple hours on my hair which is expected with thick hair that is naturally dark, it takes time to lighten. After my hair was washed and I sat in the chair I could already tell with wet hair it was the shade that I had before moving here and trying so hard to achiever in NJ! Why are you upset over 15 minutes when I wasn't. It just felt really unnecessary and unprofessional to handle things like that in front of clients and coworkers instead of privately. The whole place had such weird mean-girl energy for no reason. It's not like it's a high end salon it's a basic old lady salon. I've been to many high end salons and waited over thirty minutes. Sometimes it takes a little longer since stylists actually care about quality. Waiting is a good sign! Thankfully Neschenka handled it with grace, and my hair came out BEAUTIFUL.
