They give you a lock to lock your stuff in a locker. Staff members were wearing masks. My friend loves this place and recommended me here and I can see why. The place is super clean and relaxing with spa music. The technician was super gentle and kind. The lash lift looked very natural. Although I thought my lashes just weren't long enough for it to look good on me. But great experience higly recommend! Would definitely come back again. Tip them by putting money into the small white envelope at the front desk.

There was a miscommunication about one of the services I received. They had three employees get involved just to explain it to me. I felt like I was put on display. They were being really loud about it and making me uncomfortable. I ended up just paying so I wouldn't be embarrassed. The second issue was regarding Venmo. Recently they started accepting Venmo for payment but apparently they no longer are accepting Venmo. This wasn't communicated to me beforehand. The owner told me next time to check with him first. He was polite about it but after the other ordeal it just felt like a frustrating experience. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me afterwards to apologize for how it was handled.
