I had previously gone to this person for over 10 years and was truly panicked about what to do now. On top of that, I was in the middle of a very stressful process of having one of my previous microbladed brows removed after an unfortunate incident - something anyone who's been through it can imagine is overwhelming. During that time, I did a ton of research and came across PeiLee. From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative - even before I officially booked. We went back and forth for a while, and I eventually went in for a consultation before committing. I immediately had a great feeling about her and the studio. As I continued laser and microneedling treatments on the affected brow, I kept following her work on social media and was consistently impressed. I have very difficult brows, including asymmetry caused by a forehead scar, but she was completely up for the challenge. That gave me the confidence to move forward and book with her. in addition, she was extremely knowledgeable and understood my concerns around previous in not matching and possible scarring that I may have had, etc. This really put me at ease. Even as my nerves kicked in closer to the appointment, PeiLee was calm, reassuring, and professional. On the day of the procedure, she was absolutely fantastic - such a cool person and such a talented artist. The entire experience was really great, the healing process was easy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've already recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. If you are unhappy with something, you have to address it and they will work around it. Lauren is my go to! She is the best! After a few refills, I told her I wish to get them a little longer but she advised me that she noticed my real lashes grow really fast and since I wear contacts/glasses, it may bother me when it grows and she is absolutely right! I completely trust her! I've heard of lash techs at other places doing whatever they want. Just reading their pages of IG policies stresses me out. I had a not so great experience for my first time because I felt like there was a lot of glue but Keico herself called me and accommodated my concerns. She didn't make any excuses and even offered for me to come in that day to fix it herself. She's the one who recommended Lauren or Susie. Here we are... I have been going to Keico's for a year! And I'm SO GLAD I stuck around with them! P.S. They require masks for the entire duration of your appointment! They check your temperature as you are coming in and before getting started will run a UV light on you! So good to know they're taking all these safety measures!

Everyone was beyond sweet and accommodating and the lashes turned out soo beautifully! The technician (Joanna) was already waiting for me with the receptionist the minute i got there. Before even starting, Joanna made sure her consultation was informative. We then walked into the room to start the process. Joanna was extremely professional and thorough with my lashes, making sure that every single lash was placed perfectly. She walked me through the process, explaining to me what she was going to do next and about how long it would take. When i told her that i thought the time in my parking meter was running out (i had street parked right in front of the salon, where you could only park for 1 hr max) instead of rushing, she sent someone to put in a quarter in the meter on my behalf. Once she was done, i looked at how my lashes turned out and i was super impressed!! They looked soo beautiful! Before i left, the receptionist explained to me how to take care of my lashes.
