I had previously gone to this person for over 10 years and was truly panicked about what to do now. On top of that, I was in the middle of a very stressful process of having one of my previous microbladed brows removed after an unfortunate incident - something anyone who's been through it can imagine is overwhelming. During that time, I did a ton of research and came across PeiLee. From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative - even before I officially booked. We went back and forth for a while, and I eventually went in for a consultation before committing. I immediately had a great feeling about her and the studio. As I continued laser and microneedling treatments on the affected brow, I kept following her work on social media and was consistently impressed. I have very difficult brows, including asymmetry caused by a forehead scar, but she was completely up for the challenge. That gave me the confidence to move forward and book with her. in addition, she was extremely knowledgeable and understood my concerns around previous in not matching and possible scarring that I may have had, etc. This really put me at ease. Even as my nerves kicked in closer to the appointment, PeiLee was calm, reassuring, and professional. The technician removed these horrible lashes that I had gotten at amazing lash in Englewood. The old ones were clumpy, uneven, itched like CRAZY, and just plain gross looking (think Snooki after a long night of drinking!) My new lashes are beautiful, soft, natural looking, and most importantly, super comfortable! I'm so glad i came to Keicos to get them repaired right away instead of suffering for another 2 weeks.
