I was in a bit of a bind because the last person who did my brows wasn't getting back to me about…read morean appointment. I had previously gone to this person for over 10 years and was truly panicked about what to do now. On top of that, I was in the middle of a very stressful process of having one of my previous microbladed brows removed after an unfortunate incident - something anyone who's been through it can imagine is overwhelming. During that time, I did a ton of research and came across PeiLee. From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative - even before I officially booked. We went back and forth for a while, and I eventually went in for a consultation before committing. I immediately had a great feeling about her and the studio. As I continued laser and microneedling treatments on the affected brow, I kept following her work on social media and was consistently impressed. I have very difficult brows, including asymmetry caused by a forehead scar, but she was completely up for the challenge. That gave me the confidence to move forward and book with her. in addition, she was extremely knowledgeable and understood my concerns around previous in not matching and possible scarring that I may have had, etc. This really put me at ease. Even as my nerves kicked in closer to the appointment, PeiLee was calm, reassuring, and professional. On the day of the procedure, she was absolutely fantastic - such a cool person and such a talented artist. The entire experience was really great, the healing process was easy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've already recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. If you're looking for natural results that fit your face and the shape YOU want, book with her asap.

I appreciate that she took her time shaping them and making sure I was comfortable with the shape, and the results are amazing--they look so natural, which is what I was going for. What I especially appreciate is the welcoming vibe of the staff. I wanted a natural look that did not require having to put on makeup every morning. I tried eyebrow tinting to see if I would want something more permanent later. I was very happy with the results! I recommend getting the eyebrow tinting or lamination first for people who feel shy about getting the permanent procedures done. This morning, I felt happy waking up for work and seeing my eyebrows looking great! I will definitely be back :)

I was so hesitant about permanent makeup but after meeting with her, I'm SO glad I've done it and will continue to go to her for touch ups and different services. She has a way of calming your nerves and making you feel so comfortable with the whole process! I started with a Lip blush treatment with her after having had extremely pale/uneven toned lips for a long time. I had to wear lipstick daily. I LOVE my lips now. So much more defined/even toned and they're more pink. She walked me through the entire process, explained what she was doing and was so mindful of checking in with me the whole time. I can't wait for my touch up appointment! I was especially worried about my brows and how they would look. I really wanted something natural. We went with Powder brows. She picked the PERFECT color for my skin tone and the shape she did is incredible. Will let the picture speak for itself. Obsessed with them and I've been getting so many compliments! It has added symmetry to my face. Kristins attention to detail is soo helpful.
