Additionally, the one time they kept my appointment and numbed me up, I couldn't get the treatment because they didn't have the implements. I bought a package over 6 months ago and in total I've only been able to get 1 treatment because either they cancel or don't have the equipment to do it when I get there. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. They finally promised me a refund for 2/3 of what I paid from corporate, saying it would be posted 5-7 business days later. Absolutely nothing for over three weeks, and they would not respond to calls, emails or chats. Finally they refund me $400 less than what they *explicitly* told me, without an explanation (I rejected the first amount they mentioned as an unsuitable solution). Absolutely a scam.
