He used brand new needles, and explained the difference between using a needle (cleaner, safer, less painful) vs a gun (more trauma/damage to the ear, and more likely to cause infection). He was super patient in between piercings because after the first ear she realized what was happening. He took his time and was so great with her. Absolutely nothing for over three weeks, and they would not respond to calls, emails or chats. Finally they refund me $400 less than what they *explicitly* told me, without an explanation (I rejected the first amount they mentioned as an unsuitable solution). Absolutely a scam. By the way, this is not me, but clearly shows a sustained pattern on cancellations and lack of response. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
