Upon arrival, the service was great. We had our coats taken and hung up, we slipped into cute branded slippers, and we were offered adorably themed treats and drinks. Once we walked back to our room, we changed into cozy robes and had our heads propped up on cushy pillows. I loved the procedure from beginning to end. Since it was my first time, my aesthetician walked me through all the different sections and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. She even showed me all the blackheads that she removed (yuck but also veryy cool lol) . After everything was done, she gave me pointers on how to keep my pores unclogged and she reminded me to add products with sunscreen to my routine. I loved my first deep cleansing facial and I definitely have Natrabella Skincare Beauty and Day Spa to thank for that. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and bring all my friends with me.

They don't have licenses to cut hair and will send you home looking like a nut job with two haircuts one one head. Asked for a trim and got a full on, uneven, blunt cut using kitchen shears. No heat protection after shampoo and conditioner and when asked to blow dry blew it straight so you could see the imperfections.... which is my entire head. An older lady threaded my eyebrows and I almost cried looking at the result. One of my eyebrows was MUCH more different than my other one. I pointed this out to her and she said she would fix it.
