I had previously gone to this person for over 10 years and was truly panicked about what to do now. On top of that, I was in the middle of a very stressful process of having one of my previous microbladed brows removed after an unfortunate incident - something anyone who's been through it can imagine is overwhelming. During that time, I did a ton of research and came across PeiLee. From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative - even before I officially booked. We went back and forth for a while, and I eventually went in for a consultation before committing. I immediately had a great feeling about her and the studio. As I continued laser and microneedling treatments on the affected brow, I kept following her work on social media and was consistently impressed. I have very difficult brows, including asymmetry caused by a forehead scar, but she was completely up for the challenge. That gave me the confidence to move forward and book with her. in addition, she was extremely knowledgeable and understood my concerns around previous in not matching and possible scarring that I may have had, etc. This really put me at ease. Even as my nerves kicked in closer to the appointment, PeiLee was calm, reassuring, and professional. On the day of the procedure, she was absolutely fantastic - such a cool person and such a talented artist. The entire experience was really great, the healing process was easy, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've already recommended her to many people and will continue to do so. If you're looking for natural results that fit your face and the shape YOU want, book with her asap.

I have very thick hair, and came in feeling out of options as to how to create and keep a style that felt both manageable and beautiful. Oh and also, for practical reasons, here's some more info: parking is street parking and the salon is off the corner of Main Street in downtown Fort Lee. The salon is spacey and chill and a vibe. I had a very thorough consultation with Amina before anyone touched my hair. I started off with a Steam Treatment consisting of a detox mask, hydrating mask, scalp scrub/massage, and shampoo & conditioner. This was amazing. I have never experienced anything like this before. I was offered coffee, tea, and other items. I just had a coffee - even that was over the top served with frothed milk. Amina not only told me what I was doing wrong with my hair but she showed me how to improve it! She guided me through the entire process. She was honest and knowledgeable! She didn't try to sell me every product and hair tool or try to upsell any service! I loved the final result! I will definitely be back! 5/5

It's a very small room and she had a friend in there with her chatting. I sat down and she got right into the lash lift, didn't explain anything to me (it was my first time), didn't ask for color I wanted to tint them etc. she spoke in Spanish to her friend the entire time, and I could smell the hard boiled egg she had for breakfast on her breath the whole time. I think she assumed I could not understand Spanish, but I heard her talking to her friend about me and my hair color (redhead). At this point I mentioned that I wanted to tint my brows brown. However, I think I was too late because they are definitely black. They are not very curled at all, and she missed tinting the edges of my lashes. Honestly to say I was disappointed in every aspect of this service would be an understatement. I will look for a more professional service next time.

I was so hesitant about permanent makeup but after meeting with her, I'm SO glad I've done it and will continue to go to her for touch ups and different services. She has a way of calming your nerves and making you feel so comfortable with the whole process! I started with a Lip blush treatment with her after having had extremely pale/uneven toned lips for a long time. I had to wear lipstick daily. I LOVE my lips now. So much more defined/even toned and they're more pink. She walked me through the entire process, explained what she was doing and was so mindful of checking in with me the whole time. I can't wait for my touch up appointment! I was especially worried about my brows and how they would look. I really wanted something natural. We went with Powder brows. She picked the PERFECT color for my skin tone and the shape she did is incredible. Will let the picture speak for itself. Obsessed with them and I've been getting so many compliments! It has added symmetry to my face. Kristins attention to detail is soo helpful.
