The owner is Very rude and disrespectful! As a business owner she's not open to constructive criticism and does not listen to the issues customers are having. This is considered ZERO customer service!

This is about my 3rd time at this establishment. Elizabeth, the nail tech, has been late twice. Once I waited on her almost 20 mins to be finished with her client before me, and the second time she called when I was already on my way to ask if I could come 15 mins later. Yesterday, I arrived a little late to my nail appt. which was at 10:30am. I called at 10:45 to let her know that I had just parked and walking over. She told me with an attitude that I can only get a nude or light pink color because I'm late. I had no problem whatsoever getting a basic color as that's usually my go-to. As she started my nails she asked if I wanted to go shorter and I said yes. My left hand turned out shorter than the nails on my right hand however I didn't point that out...I let that slide because it's obvious she was in a rush. The only thing I mentioned was that I wanted my nails more pointy which she messed up on because as you can see some nails are rounder at the tip while others are more pointy. Fast forward to her applying the colored hard gel (this is not nail polish, since it would have taken a longer time) As she applied I noticed that the color was too transparent and the application was uneven. I asked if there would be a second coat, her response with an attitude was "no, it's just hard gel". Before she started applying the colored gel I asked to see a sample like all nail salons usually have with their colors. She had no samples to show of the 2 shades of pink she offered me. Let me just point out that this is not the first time that I have asked to see a sample color and she couldn't provide one. She started raising her voice saying I was late and got really upset because I asked why is she having an attitude with me. That's when she jumped out her chair, yelling that's she's not going to finish my nails and almost tripped and fell on her face over a cord in the heat of her rage. She then stormed out the room and got the owner who came in and immediately told me I needed to have her finish my nails so that I can see the finished product and that I'm not a professional, completely disregarding the fact that her nail tech had already told me she can't fix the imperfection of the application because it's hard gel and on top of that telling me she's no longer finishing my nails. The owner, Rosalyn, tried to mediate the situation but only made things worse, as she was dismissive to the real issue I was having with my nails and not once did anyone apologize for how Elizabeth was reacting. Elizabeth expected me to walk out with half my nails covered with hard gel and the rest not done. Rosalyn took her out the room, then she re-entered and finished my nails. I paid for my service even though I was not satisfied with the work done and the service provided, as well as how I was treated by Rosalyn and her staff Elizabeth. After I paid Rosalyn, she asked if I was satisfied, I said no and again tried to explain what my issue was. She rudely walked off and slammed the door behind her. I've referred several people to this business who will NOT be returning, just like myself. The WORST customer service ever and the work isn't immaculate either. I've been getting Russian manicures for a very long time and there are steps that Elizabeth skips which doesn't leave my nails strong enough to last to the next appt, but because she seems to always have availability I've ignored
all the signs and complaints of horrible customer service. Rosalyn, as the owner, is very judgemental and selective in how she handles issues in her establishment. She is not inclusive, very unprofessional and extremely discriminative. I will be reporting this with the Better Business Bureau because customers should not be treated this way for paying services. I also caught Elizabeth taking a photo of my nails without my permission so here's my UNFILTERED photo I took right after getting my nails done yesterday. read more
