I can't sleep, my face is so itchy, flaky, red with that burning sensation, and swollen. I was diagnosed with Rosacea 7-8 years ago and was prescribed a cream for my face for maintenance or use when needed. I contacted Geria Dermatology by email and received a response right away from Andrew who scheduled an appointment with Dr. Aanand Geria.Thank you Andrew for being proactive.  My impressions during my visit:The office is super clean (love the cleanliness) and the staff are very nice and attentive.  I met Dr. Aanand Geria, MD who is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.He confirmed that it was my Rosacea.  Before his diagnosis, I didn't really know what I have (Eczema, Psoriasis or Rosacea that had come back) Dr. Geria made me feel comfortable. He asked a lot of questions and most importantly, he took his time to listen to my concerns and answered all of them. He also explained about all the medications I brought in for him to see (prescribed previously by another Dermatologist). He gave me new prescriptions and explained thoroughly how to use them.  Just a day with the new medications, I slept well for the first time since having my face issues. I just want to say thank you and acknowledge the great experience I had with Geria Dermatology.Yes, I highly recommend this place and Dr. Geria whom I've decided to become my new Dermatologist.

One knows an expert when they encounter one, and Ali struck me as exactly that before I even knew he has been doing this for 20 years! My hair is dark brown, thick, and long, so we knew the process would be long and laborious. I asked him for blonde highlights and ombre look, so we did a strand test before to make sure my hair would lift well, which it did. He proceeded to spend more than two hours patiently applying foils on very fine strands of hair, which was to ensure the result would be well blended and natural-looking. I greatly appreciated the fact that he not once rushed through it. You could tell he's a perfectionist, which is exactly what one wants from a colorist. Between bleaching, washes, toner, cut and styling he spent a total of 6 hours on my hair, and the result was perfection. In addition to his sensational work, his personality and temperament were things that stood out to me. He was very patient, attentive, and fun to talk to. The laser bed is such an uplifting experience he uses a guided meditation while laying in it so that it becomes a spiritual oasis while in the bed. The body releases tension; my back always feels a shift from the release a few minutes in. My skin glows for days after treatment. Less acne breakouts and more radiant skin. I have a slight tear in my rib cage that hadn't healed correctly and constantly was a stinging pain. Scott uses a stronger laser for injuries my pain has definitely decreased with treatment. He also helped with shin splint pain. He also used this stronger laser on my lymph nodes and ears because I was suffering from sinus pain due to allergies. Overall, I've loved all the different modalities he offers. He is so knowledgeable and kind. It's amazing how light therapy can treat an array of ailments with simply lasers.

This asymmetric policy framework--wherein patient compliance is strictly monitored and penalized while the provider assumes no responsibility for its own operational lapses--raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, fair dealing, and the implied covenant of good faith. One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.
