Decent service but please be aware that the 30% discount they advertise on yelp will not be honored, it's outdated and the owner will not allow it to be used. She does have slightly better prices than most places in the area (maybe $10 less) Her massage beds are are heated and soft, I think she puts an extra cushion down, so it's more comfortable than many lash places. I was a little grossed out that her pillows for the head and under the knees are not covered with disposable covers though. She talks on the phone the whole time and picks up calls, which is fine since I wasn't planning on sleeping. Most places give you a brush at the end to take care of your lashes but she doesn't. It's been 2 weeks since I got my lashes done and they are lasting an okay amount of time, I do think they have been falling out faster than most places I've gone, but only slightly. read more

I went for the first time using a groupon. Street parking only so you have to get lucky... otherwise I loved my experience

I waited a week to review because I wanted to evaluate the results. LOCATION Second floor of the building. Street metered parking, but there was plenty available when I arrived. SERVICE The woman doing my lashes seemed nice, though she did not speak much English. We looked at a chart together and decided the size I wanted with the help of the other tech, whose English was much better. The "rooms" are small curtained-off areas with simple beds. Previously I've had small gel pads on my face to hold my lower lashes in place. Here, they used some kind of protective lotion on my under-eye area and then taped the lashes down. This was a bit rough when removed, but not unbearable. AMBIANCE I'm used to dozing off while getting my lashes done, but that wasn't an option here. The lash tech occasionally called out to the other woman working. When the next customer arrived for her appointment, I was privy to their entire conversation. My biggest problem with this was that the woman had arrived with a man and their dog, which sat in the waiting area yelping for fifteen minutes. I don't think it's at all appropriate to allow a dog inside, especially since the workers are directly touching your eye area. (When another customer arrived, the man told her that it was their new puppy, which explained the whining. I would have been more understanding with a service animal, since they are specifically trained to behave in similar situations.) RESULTS I loved the look of my lashes when I saw them after we were finished. I've had extensions before, so I know the maintenance rules-- very little eye makeup, no mascara, no rubbing, no water within 24 hours. However, that night the extensions began falling off. It started while I was in bed, and by the time I got up I had lashes on my face and one in my eye. This continued over the next two days, until none of the lashes remained. They were not coming off with my natural lashes-- they had simply not adhered properly to the lash. This was incredibly disappointing, since I had expected them to last much longer. read more

I've been here 6 times since September '16 and I love it! I always get compliments after getting my lashes. I always do the "natural set" cat lashes-style. Amy usually does my application and she's gentle and effective. Lash sets and refills are about 1 hour long so plan accordingly. Appointment only. The ladies are accommodating, flexible, and very nice. The place is very clean and comfortable. Relaxing. I always end up falling asleep during my sessions due to how calm the environment is. I was here today after purchasing a Groupon for the natural set. As for length and curl I asked for the lightest they had and she wasn't kidding about them being light. I have pretty short eyelashes and I've had eyelash extensions before and this is THE most natural looking set I've had so far. Maybe a little too natural, if I go back I'd opt for a slightly longer length. That being said, many of the eyelashes have already fallen off on their own just from blinking. At least 10 have fallen out, not by the root of my lashes (which would be more understandable because it's just my eyelashes falling out) but the extensions have clearly separated from my own lashes from a weak bond. By comparison the last time I had my lashes refilled at a different place the tech was shocked to see how well my lashes stayed on after 2 weeks, so I don't think it's me. I'm gonna see how it goes in the next few days. The Groupon was cheap but the refills aren't, so I might go back to my old place for a better value. read more

I got my lashes done here on Saturday and today is Friday it has been less then a week and more then half are off already. I have gotten my lashes done before I have got to say this was the most poor duration I have ever had. I'm not rating them one star because the place is 1) very clean and relaxing 2) the employees were very nice and I practically fell asleep while she was doing it, very comfortable. However the lash job is trash these lashes do not last and even thought they were nice the lashes sucked they fall off all the time, I rub my eyes and they're falling off, very poor job. :( read more

Got the groupon because it was a great deal for my first time. Really calm and nice inside, you just might fall asleep haha! But since it was my first time no one informed me on the care for my lashes? It would be good to know not to wet them for 24 hours after. I did shower when I got home and a bunch started falling out. I have gone to lash queen on three separate occasions and always leave very happy! The ladies are extremely professional and gentle. I saw this on Groupon and I thought it was a great deal for trying out eyelash extensions. I've only ever had them once before - in Thailand, with synthetic extensions - which looked great, but were much thicker and uncomfortable. This place was in a nice office building in downtown Englewood and very clean. They helped me decide what length and style of eyelash extensions to get. I got the Groupon for the Natural set (70 extensions per eye), which definitely are more natural-looking than the ones I received in Thailand. Here, I paid an extra $10 to get mink lash-extensions and they are SO comfortable and lightweight. I bet my eyelashes would look even more amazing with a Full set of lashes. The place seems fairly new but the staff was really great. Founds this place through a Groupon deal. Since it's my first time getting eyelash extensions they were really helpful with helping me choose the length, style, and curve. When applying the individual lashes, I didn't feel anything at all. I must say I was actually excited to try this place. I bought a groupon just to try it and well based off of my rating you can see I am not pleased. For one, I am sure that they use cheap glue and lashes when you go because it's only been three days and all the extensions on one eye have fallen out. Maybe they do that purposely so that you can come back and buy more? But really three days. Come on, my cvs brand stay on just as long and it costs me like 10$. I'm not one to use make up or wash my face hard so in confused as to why it had fallen out. The second, which by the way was extremely rude to do, one of the other women there stopped me when I gave my tip. I am always one to give at least 20% of the amount that I PAID FOR. My groupon was like $30. She pulled out a sign that said we strongly suggest that i give 15%. 15% of the 90$ cost that wasn't a groupon. A tip, as rude as that sounds, is NOT mandatory.
