I was able to get a last minute appointment this evening for full leg sugaring. Amber was outstanding. She checked me into my appointment and performed my service. She walked me through all the details of the process and went above and beyond helping to get some of the ingrown hairs on my shins from years of waxing. They have a small waiting area out front with water and small snacks and candies. Everything here is super pink and extremely clean and honestly just such a great energy. I really enjoyed how Amber asked if I had any allergies prior to starting the service and walked me through the clean ingredients that would be used on all products. Sugaring does not hurt at all compared to waxing and this officially is my new favorite service spot. For my first application I was really nervous being I had never had this done before and was very unsure as to what would be happening. I was shown a picture to choose what style and look I was going for and stressed to the woman who was working on me that I wanted my lashes to look natural but like they were thick and full. I layed on a heated massage table for about an hour and a half for the first application and def fell asleep lol. I really love Ester I had her for my first application and I plan to stay with her forever. My lashes were popping when I got to look at them the first time I wanted to hug Ester but I thought its our first time meeting and I didn't want to make it weird. I have now been coming to Lashful for about 3 months and I really love how my lashes look. I would recommend buying a package to save some money on upkeep. I was able to purchase a 6 package for $300 with 2 week upkeep. (saves 25$ each time). My only issue that I have with Lashful is there is a bit of a language barrier between the technicians and the customer. I had a lot of questions that I wanted to ask when I first came to get my application and I felt very unsure and nervous about what was being done. I felt as though the technicians only communicated with the woman at the front desk. Things are different for me now that I have established a relationship with the workers here being I have been coming here for some time now. I have noticed that my right eye has been loosing lashes way quicker than my left eye and will bring that up at my next appointment and see whats going on with that.

This is my first time with them, however I did my research on care of them, made sure not to get them wet in the first 24 hours ( I waited 2 days!) gently brush them and clean with the micellar water- I also don't wear any makeup and have been sleeping on my back. So they look very uneven at this point, which I'm pretty upset about. I expected they Atleast lasted the two weeks with out looking like this for the amount of money they cost.....The process itself only took about 35 minutes so I'm not sure what I'll be doing next, as i read into this and found out it takes over an hour for a good lash extension session, although the initial appointment was a great experience- I'm paying to have lashes, not to have them all falling out after a week... I had an amazing first time experience here. They were extremely accommodating with my needs for specific scheduling times due to child care. Rachel was my tech, and not only was she extremely informative about every step of the process, she was an absolute sweet heart! I explained what I wanted, she showed me pictures and walked me through the process. I got exactly what I was looking for :-) The shop was very clean, she washed her hands before service and masks were worn. I am in LOVE with my lashes will update as the week goes by and I can't wait for my next service! Thank you so much!

After 5 days, they hurt and I had to have them removed. I am now, 6 weeks later after removal, left with my natural lashes finally filling in. They proceeded to tell me that they are better then Extreme Lash. Don't waste your money here.
