My masseuse didn't say a word. After the massage therapist left, this woman -- who had a terrible attitude -- continued her so-called "reflexology" the same way: one-handed, distracted, and clearly uninterested. I'm not a confrontational person, but she honestly intimidated me. In hindsight, I should have spoken up. I will never go back. How can a business that performs procedures on people's bodies show this level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism? They even told me they would refund the prepaid cost of my 6-session package only if I removed my negative Google review. Instead of correcting the damage they caused, they are trying to protect their online reputation. They still have not properly refunded my money. I have all email conversations saved.
