One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.
