During my laser appointment, they applied laser hair removal directly over my tattoo. After the treatment, parts of my tattoo faded, some areas were damaged, and wounds appeared directly over the tattoo lines. Some of those wounds still have not healed. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they gave me a ridiculous response saying, "How do we know you didn't go somewhere else after your appointment and have another laser treatment done there?" How can a business that performs procedures on people's bodies show this level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism? They even told me they would refund the prepaid cost of my 6-session package only if I removed my negative Google review. Instead of correcting the damage they caused, they are trying to protect their online reputation. They still have not properly refunded my money. I have all email conversations saved. They cannot deny it. Absolutely terrible business. I was even considering having procedures done on my face here. After this experience, I could never trust them again. read more

I went to this location a couple of times. The prices are too high than other locations. The esthetician was nice but she pricked my face exactly on the big vessel that cause a big hematoma under the skin. She said sorry and put ice on the area and a cream. The bulge was big and has difficulty to eat food. And now after few days, there is a big bruise that can't be fixed in a week. I have an important conference next week. So sorry for visiting this place. At the end they charged me the same amount and the team was ready to fight when I said they have decrease the price. Very bad experience. The doctor should know the anatomy of the face when they use injections. It is the 5th day but my face bruises are getting worse. I am very regret going to this place. read more
