The thing that got me to stick with it were the daily weigh ins, you literally watch the scale go down every morning it's like a competition with yourself. I'm writing this review because it not only worked but the weight stayed off. I ended my first round just before thanksgiving and once the holidays rolled around I was not eating responsibly and I didn't gain the weight back.
