The weigh-ins were super quick and informative. The thing that got me to stick with it were the daily weigh ins, you literally watch the scale go down every morning it's like a competition with yourself. I'm writing this review because it not only worked but the weight stayed off. I ended my first round just before thanksgiving and once the holidays rolled around I was not eating responsibly and I didn't gain the weight back. I also found myself not as hungry which might've made the difference as well. Currently on a short 23 day round and doing another 40 day before my wedding in April. How can a business that performs procedures on people's bodies show this level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism? They even told me they would refund the prepaid cost of my 6-session package only if I removed my negative Google review. Instead of correcting the damage they caused, they are trying to protect their online reputation. They still have not properly refunded my money. I have all email conversations saved.
