She was indecisive in her recommendations and contradicted herself several times. The appt finished with her prescribing 2 medications. My insurance covers prescriptions at a specific pharmacy. I provided that info on the intake form (that was not reviewed). The front office staff disregarded my pharmacy preference and sent the prescription to a random one that their office prefers.
