My consultation a few weeks ago with branch manager Kiera was excellent--she explained everything clearly, gave a great overview of laser hair removal and its benefits, and never pressured me into buying anything extra. It was refreshing and put me right at ease. My first treatment today with Jen was perfect: completely painless, professional, and full of attention to detail. Jen, Kiera, and Jianna are an amazing trio--they work together so seamlessly and really bring the whole place together with their warmth and expertise. The caring atmosphere Kiera sets as branch manager, along with Jen's and Jianna's wonderful support, makes this location truly special. They go above and beyond to ensure great results--no missed spots or skin issues--while always prioritizing your comfort. It's clear why people keep coming back! The 'light touch' couldn't have been more literal. And it was more of an 'energy' Session in my opinion. And to top it off, she finished early. Major disappointment, Waste of money and time. They allowed me to schedule the appointment even though I refuse to pay the fee, but didn't honor it on the day I was going in.
