I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. You really get what you pay for - an amazing service.

I had a few burns from a previous acne treatment and she was gentle and suggested great alternatives to correct it. I was super happy with my service. My skin feels more refreshed and clean. Helene did a great job! I will most certainly be returning back here for another facial by her. I was not disappointed and recommend checking her out if you're in the area - even if you're not, it's worth taking the drive as I did myself. Also a huge plus she's so sweet. Only con was I was informed the service would cost me $50. When going up to the desk to pay I was charged $65. Not sure why it went up $15 dollars. Looks like next time I'll have to triple ask before getting into the room for a service.

I felt like I had know her for years upon meeting her! She was truly interested in my skin concerns & addresses the problems directly. She also provided me with some samples that were for my skin type. I knew I was in safe hands. 1000% recommend. PS You can see by the pic [no filter] how smooth & texture free my skin is. Literally glowing. All I have on it is a little bit of sunscreen that Helene put on.

From my initial phone call through the first visit, my experience was excellent. I felt very comfortable, they explained everything in detail, and were definitely competent in what they were doing. I have only gone once so far, and bought a package of six for a small area and a medium area. My skin wasn't red and didn't hurt at all afterwards. It is a weird feeling while the laser is zapping, but nothing more painful than being waxed. I'm looking forward to going back and seeing the success in this. I'll update my review after that! Update: This was a great decision! It really does permanently remove hair. I did my six sessions for each area, and by the fourth - I barely had anything. You definitely notice the difference after going just once. Two years later- I still highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a groupon for 3 treatments and I had 2 appointments with one lady, and 1 with another. They were both really nice and made me feel very comfortable. The office is very clean. One time I was over an hour late for my appt and they still took me in between clients when I was finally able to get there. The laser itself didn't hurt as much as I was expecting, but then again I had my underarms done so I don't know a different area like face or bikini line would feel. The main confusion I felt the first time I went was where the office was actually located- It's INSIDE the Nail Art Clinic, in the back. Also, I wasn't sure whether to tip or not, because I've heard mixed opinions, but I think you should since it's not a doctor's office. I no longer live in the area so I probably won't be going back due to the long drive, but if I lived in Rockland I would definitely still go.

Poor communication and delays: It took me over 5 months to schedule a filler appointment last year because the manager, Mai, did not respond to my repeated emails (attached). I only got a response once I called the office, and even then, it felt like I was chasing them just to give them my business. 2. Inconsistent and misleading pricing: I was originally quoted $575 for under-eye filler in writing (attached) but was later charged $700 for the same service. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable, especially when it is clearly documented in their own emails. 3. Clinic-to-clinic confusion - I was quoted $1,500 for 2 syringes of PDGF in Park Ridge ($3,000 for 4), but later told by Millburn staff that their baseline price was actually $1,800 for 2 syringes. Most importantly, when I specifically asked Park Ridge if the 20% off promo at Millburn would apply to the same service and was told yes, no one told me that Millburn's pricing was higher. That critical detail should have been mentioned upfront so I could make an informed decision. Overall, between the lack of responsiveness, the long wait just to schedule, and the bait-and-switch style pricing, I cannot recommend SkinSpirit. Patients deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for their time, none of which I experienced here.

She suggested going very easy on the number of Botox units, did not push for any additional services (in fact she looked at me when I asked about chemical peel and said: No, you don't really need it now), she was professional, personable and comforting. The very procedure was quick and of course not particularly pleasant (It never is! No matter who performs it), but I left the office feeling so much better than when I came. For something that can be a little nerve-wracking the first time, she made it feel easy and welcoming. I came in for facial hair removal as part of a gender-affirming process, and she handled everything with complete professionalism and kindness. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out, though, was her integrity. After our session she mentioned that there are practitioners who specialize very heavily in the specific type of electrolysis I'm looking for, and she even followed up the next day with a referral to someone who has a lot of experience in that work. It would have been very easy to simply keep booking appointments, but instead she clearly wanted me to have the best possible outcome. That level of honesty and care for her clients really impressed me. I would absolutely recommend Dianne to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely ethical electrologist. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right."
