After the rest room she went back to her station and started rubbing oil on her stomach followed my putting on a waist trainer. The whole thing just looked unprofessional. At this point I've been there 20 mins and I'm annoyed. She starts my pedicure and in walks someone to get their eyebrows done. She excused her self and started doing the women's eyebrows. At this point my friends gel mani was done. She was a little uneasy cause of the lack of customer service her tech just asked if she spoke Spanish. She said she doesn't so the lady like ignores her the entire time even when she asked questions. My nail tech comes back and continues working on me. She almost done with my pedicure when she stops midway and starts painting some little girls nails. At this point I was in there for almost an hour. So that's a plus I will say that there a smell of well mop or rags that was in the air and it cluttered with gel polish on the tables by the front but because I was takin to the nail technician so quick I didn't get the time think and turn around. I will have to say that Tom the guy who take of me did just that. He soaked my nails filed, and cut all while taking his time. I really liked that. If I do come back I will make sure that Tom is the one that does my nails. Thank you tom.
