The shop is clean, she is polite and makes you feel comfortable so the pain is tolerable. I booked my second appointment with Nush and was very sad to find out about their policy with rescheduling. I had an emergency with work and called same day to be rescheduled, the receptionist told me my only option was to make it within the 5 minute grace period or be considered a no show and get charged full amount. I honestly wish they had a policy of doing credit and being more understanding of people's situations. Unfortunately Nush is the best I will not be going back due to lack of understanding customer's situations.

They are very professional, clean and friendly. My go to ladies are Dominique and Crystal. They always make me feel so welcomed and the whole experience with them is always so relaxing. I usually get my eyebrows, upper lip and Brazilian wax with them and they always do a phenomenal job. If it's your first time, the girls will give you a step by step of what they are doing so you can feel comfortable and there's no surprises. I highly recommend this place. Rafaela started by telling me about the sugaring wax process but I saved her the trouble because I've been doing sugaring for over 4yrs. Her set up was clean and she was professional and sweet. She did an excellent job informing me about the benefit of sugaring and how it's different from waxing. I learned that unlike waxing, the sugaring process does not use any chemicals. I got my arms and upper back done. (Just in time for hot sunny days) Process: First she put powder in the area being treated and then she applied the sugaring material. I must say that sugaring is less painful than waxing! I enjoyed that it also took less time to get the work done. Drawbacks: When it was time to pay, Stephanie asked a women name Rafaela for a price. After thinking about it for about a minute she said $70. It is unbelievable that prices aren't posted and she randomly comes up with prices front the top of her head. Will I come back? No, just because I like to knowing the breakdown of what I'm paying for.
