No prior notice was provided, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This asymmetric policy framework--wherein patient compliance is strictly monitored and penalized while the provider assumes no responsibility for its own operational lapses--raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, fair dealing, and the implied covenant of good faith. One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.

The technicians are always professional and efficient. They always made me feel comfortable. The laser treatment itself isn't extremely painful, but it definitely does hurt in certain areas. I'm usually fine afterwards and can go about my day. Out of all 10 sessions, there was only one time that I had a really painful session and I was in pain for a few days afterwards. This was not with my regular technician and I informed them of what happened during my next session and they were very considerate. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely return in the future!

I was very eager to get the service down so I sign up anyway. I got 4 sessions, I was still getting a lot of hair growth. On session 3 I start voicing my concerns the tech keep telling me to be patient and she will keep increasing the intensity of the treatment each time I come in which was getting more painful and I can feel my skin burning. When I schedule my 4th session they telling me they need to put my card in file or they will have to stop giving me the treatment. Mind you I pay for all the session in full so I'm not sure why they need my card in file. I was already irritated with them not getting result so I asked for a refund. The girl up front became very rude saying I signed a contract when I sign up and that I have to get all the treatment done which I didn't do. I ddidnt sign any contract with them. Show me a document that says " acknowledged by me" and give me a customer service number which I called and they where even worst. The lady told me that they all managers. There is no such thing as a supervisor for them and they have no headquarters. It's either I deal with or or she hang up and I get no help at all. These people need to give me my money back. They are Terrible. Stay away from this company. I will keep filing complaints every where that I can.
