She's knowledgeable and discusses and explains everything openly and honestly--I always have options. I'm not just in "good" hands. I'm in her skilled and magical hands that work wonders. I was so relieved that I could do fillers and avoid surgery to achieve the look that I wanted. With a combination of injectable filers (radiesse, belotero, restylane ) -and trusting in Dr. Waldorf to know exactly where to place the fillers, I was able to sculpt and lift. The technicians are always professional and efficient. They always made me feel comfortable. The laser treatment itself isn't extremely painful, but it definitely does hurt in certain areas. I'm usually fine afterwards and can go about my day. Out of all 10 sessions, there was only one time that I had a really painful session and I was in pain for a few days afterwards. This was not with my regular technician and I informed them of what happened during my next session and they were very considerate. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely return in the future!

Second, there are plenty of other places around that use the same lasers that know how to run a business. Their customer service is awful and they charge way too much. I have had countless appointments canceled with no notification. Literally one time I showed up to a sign on the door saying they closed early. I don't live close at all and sometimes need to Uber here.. so wtf? No notifications at all. I joined on a promo with a free service and they couldn't fit me in for 2 months so told me I lost the free service. I am not going to get all of my appointments in before the strict deadline because they never have availability so will need to go somewhere else after that offers unlimited and makes sure you get the right amount of treatments. I have been waiting for a year for a "manager" to call me back. I don't expect anything at this point. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The owner did my nails, she was sweet for the most part but was doing my nails as well as another girl, which is frustrating because it delays my process, keeps me there longer as well as her getting distracted. Toward the end she was rushing and no longer shaping my nails as it seemed that she had overbooked the salon. She got up 2 times to do eyebrow waxes. Truthfully I am a waitress and I understand that things happen and running a business isn't easy, but my nails ended up translucent instead of a soft teal and I paid to sit there for over an hour for it. After years of searching I have finally found my PERFECT facial spot! Rose is very sweet, knowledgeable and professional. I've been coming consistently for the past three months and my skin has never looked better. I deal with sensitive acne prone skin so it's been very difficult to find a regimen I can stick to until Rose helped figure out exactly what my skin needed.
