I found Ela by chance. I initially had an appointment with another Spa that was cancelled. I started looking online for a Spa with great reviews that can accommodate me at the last minute. When I called Ela, her response was @how soon can you come"? I was so happy! When I walked in, I knew I came to the right place. Her place is quaint, chic and smelled oh so good. Ela offered me a cup of tea and went over the different facials and what would work best for my skin. I have to say, this is THE ABSOLUTE BEST facial I have ever had. My sister and I had a facial by Ela a couple of weeks ago and it has taken until now before we have been able to think exactly how to explain it, even now I am sure we won't do it justice! We both have very different skin, and have had a few facials over the years all very different but can honestly say I have never had a facial that has made me feel like this one. I had the best experience ever with Ella ! She is very caring and knowledgeable ! I had a deep pore cleaning at her studio! Honestly I feel like my skin got changed drastically, the pores are clean now, I stopped having those unwanted break outs! I am oily by type and I noticed that after the facial even my oil production is balanced! She used natural masks and was very gently with cleaning and exfoliation , as usually my skin is inflamed after the deep pore facial but it was absolutely fine after my treatment with Ella !
