I was left stranded with no way to get my hair done the day before a big event. When I called just to ask what happened the receptionist said "we canceled your appointment because you did not show up." I said ummm no I can show you the text message. She's like "you were the keratin tips right?" NO. I give her my info, she puts me on hold and then comes back, "they said you called yesterday to cancel" at this point I just said "it's okay I'm no longer interested." Because I am not. If this is how they treat me before I've walked through the door and they've gotten my money I can't imagine becoming any sort of regular here.
