Call back again and the lady says it's fine she will call but for me to bring the prescription. So I said what's then the point of calling the other pharmacy if I have to bring the prescription that j don't have since it's at the pharmacy. 3. I called the doc, since she recommended this piece of shit place. The doc called and it's "better" 4. I get a call saying that it's fine and I should go pick up the medicine in 30 minutes since they have to make it. 5. 11 am we get there, wait and wait and wait. It's not ready. I then ask again, why did you fuki1ng tell me to be here if you don't have it ready. That's the point of time. 6. It's 1:15 and finally they have it ready. If I didn't Need this shit medicine that nobody else seems to have, I would have vandalized this place. That part deserves acknowledgment. However, my experience with their delivery service has been consistently problematic, and at this point, unacceptable. I will not mention names, but the delivery drivers they outsource to are unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I've experienced repeated delivery issues, including false claims that my address was incorrect, despite the fact that they have delivered to this same address before, albeit with ongoing problems. What makes this worse is the timing. There is an incoming snowstorm, and instead of clear communication or accountability, I'm receiving inaccurate information and excuses. Medication is not optional. This is not a package from an online retailer. This is someone's health. I am now seriously considering transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy should reevaluate the third-party delivery partners they choose to work with. Thank your delivery partner for losing patient trust and potentially compromising access to essential medication. Courtesy at the counter does not make up for a delivery failure. Reliability matters. Accountability matters. And right now, those standards are not being met. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate - they have no regard for the elderly and the disabled.

When I called back 2.5 hours later, I am told that they did talk to the driver and my meds were back at the pharmacy and I could pick them up now. When I did, I also wanted to talk to the pharmacist about what happened as I was annoyed. His story about what happened didn't align with the cashier's and he couldn't give me a direct answer about why I never received the meds the day before. But when it was my turn for my birth control prescription, I was slapped with an extra $20 charge. I've never been charged that before, despite having the same insurance (just had to switch pharmacies due to one closing). When I asked why, the pharmacist got defensive and tried to justify it by talking about discounts that I didn't care about. All I wanted to know was the breakdown of what my insurance was paying and why I was being hit with this fee. Then, he had the nerve to mansplain my birth control to me, insisting I get three refills at $20 each because of my cycles. I was on the verge of losing it when he wouldn't just give me a straight answer about my insurance coverage. And then, he had the audacity to try to negotiate the price with me! I've never had a pharmacist try to haggle with me before. Who does he think he is, trying to upsell or take advantage of people in our community?
