If you want to have the baby smooth skin of a K Pop boy band member this place is a good start. All kinds of self care items from lotions to soaps to moisturizers to face masks. We picked up a few items which my gal told me were well priced and a good deal. She knows her stuff. Nothing wrong with treating yourself to good skin.

This Korean skincare store is small but has some amazing items that you don't find elsewhere. I've gotten some great moisturizers and vitamin c serums from here in the past that were recommended from the associates. Every time I come here I end up spending way too much money because I'm tempted to try it all. They have an abundance of face masks, nail polishes, spfs, etc. There are a bunch of different brands to try so if you don't like one there's always another waiting for you. Prices are comparable with Sephora so expect to spend $25-35 per item.

Come here once every few months to stock up on some skin care items , love it !

I really love Kosette and I make my way down to koreatown every couple of months to stock up on some skin care items . Excellent products and prices and usually best customer service , they help recommend things for your skin type or if you tell them you want something let's say for the bags under your eyes they will recommend something. I've never purchased anything here that I didn't like . I gave 3 stars because today I encountered a very rude employee, I totally understand policy and rules but there has to be professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers . I was here with my daughter and her friend we just got boba milk tea and wanted to do some shopping , our basket was nearly full and we were almost ready to checkout but the kids wanted to buy some lip gloss so they were looking , we were so rudely approached by a Caucasian woman employee (Sunday 4/4 around 2 pm or so) she told us no drinks allowed in here and we can leave them at the counter and continue shopping , I told her we were literally almost done and I don't feel comfortable leaving mine and my kids OPEN drinks at the counter out of our site, she didn't care so I didn't want to leave all the stuff I already put in my basket so I paid , kids were so disappointed they didn't get to choose anything so I promised we would come back once we finished our drinks . When we left the kids told me they didn't even want to come back and spend our money in a place that was so rude to us , mind you they are ten years old so imagine the level of rudeness we experienced . Fast forward I told them it's okay let's just go back and get whatever goodies you guys wanted , we're in the store not 5 mins and here comes this woman again now telling one of the kids you cant do that ,it was an eyeshadow palette and she wanted to buy it but you couldn't see the colors without opening the front cover , so now I stepped in and said if you don't open it you can't see what color you're buying , nowhere on the box did it say the colors by the way , now my girls wanted to leave .. I ended up buying them two little eyeshadows each (where u can see the color without opening the box ) because I felt so bad and didn't want them to leave empty handed . Anyways it's really a shame to have employees treat customers like this , I'm a regular here and I've never experienced this type of unprofessional behavior before .

GREAT store! Have been coming here for about 2 yrs and almost every time I spend over $100. Since I spend over $100, they always give me a free gift. Normaly face masks, hand lotions or lip balms. Used to be TonyMoly but I guess now it's Kosette? It's still exactly the same inside. It has great Korean skincare products!!! Prices are good too! I know some people said they are a little pricey and I think it's cause a lot of Korean products are (thankfully) relatively cheap. In this store, I would say the average item is like $20/$25. But they do last and are good quality. And when compared to American or French products, MUCH CHEAPER! I recommend browsing all of 32nd st. There are a few other Korean stores with skin products. I do think Kosette is the better option though. PS: Ask to make an account! Give

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.

I want to report that this website continues to post and promote products that are clearly a scam…read more In my case, I placed an order for body creams on March 3rd, and the company that processed the charge on my account was a completely different one called MELIO. Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I walked into a store that is essentially one large room, and the density of product on display meant navigating it during a busy period required some patience, but the selection within that compact space was broader than the size suggested. The Korean literature section covers both Korean language and English language editions across a range of genres, which makes it genuinely useful for anyone studying the language or looking for titles that are difficult to find at general bookstores in the city. I saw children's books in Korean, well stocked. The K pop side of the store covers albums, photocards, posters, keychains, stickers, and merchandise across a wide range of artists, with BTS having a particularly strong presence historically alongside newer groups. Pricing runs higher than what I would pay ordering online or finding the same items at a larger retailer, which is the standard trade off for a specialty shop in Manhattan. Album prices in particular can be steep, though sale events bring them down to more competitive territory. Individual accessory items like stickers and bookmarks are priced at a premium relative to their size, so going in with a sense of what I am willing to spend helps avoid sticker shock at the register. The store is a reliable stop for anyone looking for Korean books or K pop merchandise in a physical retail setting in New York, with the caveat that the pricing and the crowd level are both factors worth knowing about before I go.
