Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. Her coworker, who has straight, dark hair and wears it down, was much nicer. She was there both Saturday and Sunday and was a pleasure to interact with. In contrast, I visited the West Village location, and the experience was so much better! Jose was awesome and made me feel much more welcome. I love Le Labo, but the customer service at this location needs improvement. The employees need better training on how to engage with customers and create the welcoming, personalized experience that customers expect from a luxury fragrance brand.
