First time stopping in at a Glossier. Black Friday sales caused lines on the street. The line staff did a great job communicating the sales, process, and fun events of the day. Crane machine coins if customers spent a certain amount to win additional free gifts. Balm dotcoms had promotional charms available. New seasonal scents were released. The whole floor were testers and multiple stations set up to handle the volume. The POS was a little odd. I had about 10 staff approach me and ask if I was ready to check out while I was still testing products. They carry tablets around to check customers out. At that point the order is sent to the back and you go into a waiting bay to pick up a bag with your name on it. From there we went to another section of the store to have charms put on the dotcoms. Prices are reasonable for the products. Cute store and will stop again.

Went to the pop up in Brooklyn this past weekend and what a cute experience from the DJ and puffy clouds in the entrance to the photobooth and cotton candy. It was a fun start to the weekend. Got to try the new cloud paint and of course bought something along with some other goodies. Glossier is a favorite cosmetic line of mine and it was cool to be able to go to the pop up.

Always loved to try their newest makeup or skincare products and see if they're suitable for my combo skin type. They've a variety of foundation, lippie, and eyeshadow shades for all to test out and swatch on their face and/or hands. The whole environment is pink themed with a pretty floral mural saying "You Look Good" plus a wooden bench that's supposed to resemble a NYC subway station. But, of course it's 5X cleaner and brighter as a photo booth in the back of the store. I think that's the highlight and main attraction of Glossier. Maybe you would like to stroll by some time and take your next instaworthy shot there. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Glossier store in Soho. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who offered me a warm welcome. The store itself is sleek and modern, with a minimalist aesthetic that perfectly reflects the brand's ethos. The products are beautifully displayed, making it easy to browse and explore the range. I was particularly impressed by the 'Glossier Play' area, where you can test out the brand's iconic Balm Dotcom and other products in a fun and interactive way. The staff are happy to offer advice and answer any of your questions, making the shopping experience feel just so much more personalized and relaxed. They're incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Glossier range, answering all my questions and making personalized recommendations based on my skin type and concerns. Staff members even take the time to walk me through a step-by-step skincare routine, tailored to my specific needs. I am impressed by the store's commitment to sustainability, with refill stations for Glossier's iconic tubes and a focus on minimizing waste. Overall, I left the store feeling inspired and empowered to take control of my skincare routine. 10/10 would recommend a visit to the Glossier store in Soho - it's a must-see for any beauty enthusiast. Best of all, it is conveniently located right by the 6 train entrance/exit.

Checked out Glossier, and yup, it's got that signature vibe - a bit bustling but with a friendly crew and all-around positive energy. My daughter's go-to makeup spot never disappoints. #BeautyFave #GlossierGlow #ReviewAroundWorld

Always fun to go lookout the make up and perfume here! What surprised me was the t not one employee came over to us to ask if we needed any help! So we ended up not purchasing anything and just looked around. I was there with my teen daughter who I thought would want something but ended up saying nah I don't need anyting. That was a shocker. I'm sure if someone had approached us we would have purchased something. Lots of products, merchandise and more!

Glossier has arrived in Soho and continues to draw a line of eager shoppers! This large location offers photo opps, seating areas, and plenty of products & merchandise for purchase. The store can get very busy on weekends. Perhaps since it just opened?

I noticed a long line in front of the store, but one of the employees explained it was a line for Glossier pink sorbet in celebration of the new shades in their cloud paint.

Conveniently located by the B/D/F/M/Q/N/R/W trains right across the street. They sell the trendiest Korean makeup and skincare products. If you ever happen to see your favorite kpop idol promoting one of these brands, then I think there's a very high chance of seeing that brand's products being sold inside H Art. There're Q tips and disposable cotton rounds for you to swatch their products on your hands/face/lips. I like to come here and restock on my stash of tinted lip balms, blushes, and eyeshadow palettes from time to time. Very fast customer service from patient, friendly and helpful staff. Located 2 short flights up, towards the back, you'll find yourself in a cozy K beauty shop offering a good size collection of products, from skin care to beauty items. It's organized and displays are clean - aesthetically pleasing! I finally bought the "Beauty of Joseon" to try... the sunscreen that was flooding my insta feed... like non-stop. (Good social team strategy I guess). I like how they let you browse w/o any intense sales pitch. That's a win for me I have a feeling it would get quite crowded if you go during peak times w the lunch crowd... so be aware; small shop. I hope they expand their product selection and can't wait to visit again!

Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does.
