This review tries to separately address three concepts, (i) necessity of weight loss, (ii) method made available in Juvanni and (iii) quality of the service provided at Juvanni. Not much time needs to be spent explaining why it's good to lose weight. Besides the obvious and visible benefits like physical appearance, health indicators, aches and pains, energy levels, etc, there is also mental well-being that necessarily follows. This manifests itself in many ways including, improved self-confidence, social acceptance, and professional presence. Weight loss is also a virtuous circle that motivates you more as you see results and your new habits may rub off on people in your family, all of which is good. This program is highly effective, because it is fast...actually very fast. Dr. Din told us that the "program works" and there is no need to discuss it that much, if you are on board, it will work. The discussion is focused on what happens after the 9 weeks are over. How will you apply what you have learned and how will you change your habits? This will be the permanent fix. Most diets don't work because they are too restrictive for too long. This diet is also very restrictive, but it's only a 6-week program, followed by 3 weeks of no carbs, so there is light at the end of the tunnel - and I lost more than 35 pounds. However, success depends on what you do with your "relationship with food" after these 9 weeks are over. That is really important. Quality of the service provided is the easiest part of this review because at Juvanni it is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and efficient and Dr. Sofia is always available to provide answers and general support. If you are not dropping weight fast enough, you are likely doing something wrong and she will figure out the change you need to make quickly. If you are very hungry and are having trouble following the diet (like I did) she will find a solution for you. The whole practice is very professional, accommodating of schedules, and treats you like they really want you to get better. This was a life changing experience for me, worth all the money I spent. Weight loss is not just about the 9 week program, but about changing your life habits, and that is the help and advice you will get at Juvanni. Although I was apprehensive and had tons of questions about lip fillers. The staff at juvanni med spa were excellent. They were warm and reassuring. I was scheduled for a consultation but ended up getting the procedure (lip fillers ). Dr Sofia Din was one of the cutest aestheticians I had ever seen. She answered ALL my questions and trust me I had ALOT. She gave me a run down of my options and what I would expect. My biggest concern was the pain, but she made sure that numbing cream was used continuously to avoid feeling the pain. She was very gentle and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Din changed my life physically and mentally. A friend of mine referred me to her for weight loss on the HCG diet because my friend had lost 25 pounds in 21 days and knew Dr. Din would be as life changing for me as it was for her, and she was right! Weight loss has been a life long struggle for me. I have done every fad diet and gone through at least five trainers to help me lose weight. They did work, but I was miserable and hungry for the 20 of my 35 years of life on this Earth. Despite all the temporary weight loss using these various methods, I always gained the weight back and for the last two years had given up on losing any more weight. I had 65 pounds to lose and did not have any motivation to lose it until June 2015 when I had enough of not fitting into any of my clothes and eating unhealthy food. I live in Philadelphia and drove to Yonkers, NY (4 hour drive round trip) to meet with Dr. Sofia Din. The staff at Juvanni Med spa is outstanding. They are so warm and friendly. They made my first visit and every visit proceeding it the most comfortable and loving experience. Dr. Din's consultation alone gave me the motivation to embark on a 40 day hcg diet. She immediately made that intimidating 65 pounds I needed to lose, sound realistic for me. She is a compassionate and outstanding Doctor. Every detail of the diet is explained to you and her treatment plan for the following days may include additional services like "cool sculpting", that help with your weight loss. Cool sculpting is one of the many services Juvanni offers and I have to admit I was hesitant at first but it DOES work and it is absolutely amazing! I plan on trying the Eclipse Prp and Ultherapy next. I trust Dr. Din so much because I know she truly cares what the outcome is of all the work that you put in and that she puts in. Her staff has all tried the hcg diet so they can share their own tips and answer questions, which has been so helpful. She is an amazing Doctor that carefully monitors your health while you lose weight on the hcg diet. You always know you are in good hands whether it is with your weight, Eclipse Prp facials, cool sculpting, or any other service you decide to choose at Juvanni with Dr. Din. Dr. Din takes time to consult and answer all your questions. She truly is the reason I make the trip to Yonkers regularly. I wish I lived in New York so that she could be my primary Doctor. I'm surprised with these 5 star reviews. Dr Din must be offering some type of deal or discount to these reviewers. Dr Din is far from a professional, she jumps from room to room trying to see the people that have appointments which makes it more time consuming. She's very loud, you could hear her from the room with the door close while she chuckling and gossiping while she has patients waiting. I can't stand that she's so exaggerated and acts like a clown. If you're going for one procedure she'll try to convince you to get another procedure as well and if you decline she starts acting as if the two are absolutely necessary.
