Would advise anyone to go somewhere else! It all started off so bad & just got worse. I went by reviews on this page & booked Sabrina for a facial & dermaplane. I arrived Thursday morning, waited 20 mins before I was taken for my facial. She had not set up for me, and during my facial kept getting up to get stuff. She was cleaning my face & shouting a conversation with her co worker who was in the reception area! She chewed a chewing gum loudly for the entire 60 mins, blowing bubbles in my face! She coughed repeatedly around me, no hand over her mouth & not wearing a mask either. Her phone rang twice. She cut my neck extracting a black head, to the point where I have no skin in that area now! And to finish the whole service off, she asked her co worker (once again shouting), as her next client was waiting, would she finish "her off" (meaning me), to put a mask on "her face" and got up & left! Now this is a $150 dollar facial! I would highly recommend people to go elsewhere! It was absolutely awful! read more

I have gone to this spa twice already and I absolutely love it. I see Dr. Kharouba for Botox injections. He is very thorough and uses medical knowledge when deciding where to place the needle. I have been to other places that just shoot across your whole forehead and give you a bill. If you already do Botox or are considering it, I would highly recommend booking a consultation here. Since I haven't actually had any services performed, I have to be fair in giving three stars. My review is based solely on customer service and business representation rather than actual services provided. I had followed this business on social media for quite some time, along with many others, in deciding on a medi-spa that would fit my needs and be reputable and experienced. My girlfriend and I rearranged our schedules, and finally made an appointment for a skin consultation, ready to receive the services of Sabrina or Josephine, whose skills were championed through testimonials and social media. When I called, I spoke to Sabrina and inquired about the services, prices (they don't provide them over the phone) and chatted about the long distance we were traveling, coming from Upstate NY, and she seemed informative, personable and we were BEYOND excited to get down there and get our consultations, recommendations and above all...our treatments! She assured me that she'd booked enough time to do laser treatment that same day since we were traveling from a distance and wanted to get our skincare in check. My girlfriend and I met with Josephine who provided us with a laminated "menu" of items that were available to us. We prompted her to give us recommendations for our individual skin issues and assumed she would look at each of us closely--possibly examine our skin under an aesthetic lamp/light, check out texture, pores, etc. but she talked to us from behind her desk and provided the same information available to anyone who has a phone and/or internet access! (Okay- maybe the pricing packages were new information) During this time, the owner (Sabrina) breezed in, chatted with her co-worker for a few seconds and went behind the desk to grab some papers, etc. and we sat there, smiling and looking at one another, waiting for this business owner to acknowledge two potential new clients in the way any business owner with class, savvy, and etiquette should, but she abruptly left. My girlfriend asked me if I had spoken to her on the phone and if she had been friendly and I said "yes" and was very surprised at her actions/demeanor. Being in the customer service industry for over 20 years myself, and my girlfriend having salon/spa experience for over 15, one can imagine how disappointed and turned off we were from this visit. Having had facials and spa treatments for over 25 years from NY to Miami, both of us had fair expectations of Simply Skin Laser Medispa. We drove over an hour and a half back home, without a proper skin care "consultation," any treatments and were sent on our way in disbelief of the professionalism lacking from this establishment.
