I was psyched to learn they offer YAG lasers, that work very well in pigmented skin. I happily began my treatments and shortly found out I was pregnant. I had to stop my treatments during pregnancy, after pregnancy (due to breastfeeding), and then COVID came through with a vengeance. During those years, I called up once or twice, inquiring about my account, trying to make sure it was still active and in good standing. I was always assured that everything was fine but I was still worried that too much time would pass, deeming my account inaccessible. Several years later, I was finally ready to restart my sessions but I was worried that I lost my GC balance and the balance from the complimentary sessions. I finally worked up the nerve to call and make an appointment. I initially started my sessions in the city, off of Lexington. It was very difficult for me to get down there and parking was horrible. I found out that they opened a location closer to my residence, so when I called to reinstate my treatments, I inquired about switch my base location. They normally don't do that, but the woman with whom I spoke, was kind enough to make an exception. I truly appreciated it. I started visiting the White Plains location and have been very happy. I usually work with either Pamela or Zelia, and they're both really exceptional. I've seen a huge difference from when I first started. I dont need to shave, even when some hairs sports up, as they are now much finer and less visible. Satori offers seasonal sales that are very reasonable. So far, I've completed underarms, lower legs, half arms, upper lip and bikini plus. I'm soooo happy with my results. Darkening of my bikini line and underarms have significantly lightened with the laser treatments, coupled with a better skincare maintenance (routine exfoliating, glycolic acid, ect). Be advised not to use tretinoin, have direct sunlight exposure, or exfoliate, too soon before or after your sessions. It's best to let your tech know what you're doing because it's not worth damaging your skin. They are very knowledgeable and will instruct you of what you should be doing, and when. My sessions are pretty spaced out, to about 2-3 months and I be able to drop down to twice a year visits very soon. Ditch your razor and get that laser! (motto copyrighted lol)

I had lip filler done…read morein the Scarsdale location several times over a couple of years but on my last visit their nurse who I had not seen before left me severely bruised all around my mouth. Not just black and blue in the lip area but in the deep plane area around my mouth. The filler eventually moved from my lip into the outer layers of my skin. Resulting in having to have it dissolved. When you have it dissolved: this includes "potential appearance of aging" and "shock when you look in the mirror" candidly addressing the very real risk of developing "divots and waviness," "hollowness," "wrinkling," and "sagging" after dissolving filler. And no I am not using my real name with this post.

This was by far the WORST experience with eyelashes I've ever had. It's been two weeks and all of my lashes have fallen out. When I got home, I noticed lashes started to fall out immediately that night but I figured it was just a couple of loose ones so I didn't think anything of it. However, I did notice they were uneven -- the right side had way more lashes than the left. I then noticed they continued to fall out all week. Nobody, not even my sisters noticed I had gotten my lashes done and the whole point of getting lashes is for a noticeable difference! $180 for what?! Also, the technician had her hands all over my face and nose the entire time. They were heavy on my forehead and thankfully I don't have sensitive skin but if I did I could've broken out. When working on my left eye, she kept pushing down on one of my nostrils, blocking it and I have a sensitive nose so that was frustrating!! I've never experienced this before and it was so uncomfortable and felt like this was very new to her. I've been getting my lashes done frequently for the past 3 years. I take care of my lashes and brush them so they last long. I always go to Lash Loft in the city because it was near my office but wanted to try somewhere closer to home since my office moved locations. I've paid the same price for lashes that look even, full, and last over a month because that's what it should be like. Such a waste of money and soooo disappointed. Don't come here for lashes because this is NOT what it should be like.

I had…read morementioned being interested in doing cool sculpting and had even gone to a consultation at a place near where we live. Hubby wanted me to get a second opinion to compare treatment info and pricing before making the decision to move forward. We went to Studio Esthetique and met with the owner, Vladimir and an RN, Jordan. Both were happy to answer any questions I had and concerns. The facility was very clean. My timing was so good because they were running a 50% off deal for the holidays! The other consult I had gone to was not offering that good of a deal. My husband surprised me and gifted me the cool sculpting treatments at Studio Esthetique. I had a great experience there, I did two sessions which is the recommended amount to start with. Jordan was in charge of me and did a great job making me comfortable and answering any questions during the treatment. We chatted it up and had some laughs! She is lovely! Vladimir made sure to be there my first treatment day to be certain all the applicators were perfectly positioned. There were extra precautions needed because I had an umbilical hernia surgery a few years back. There can be complications if the applicators are not properly positioned around the belly button. The front desk staff were very nice, as well as, accommodating! I mixed up one of my appointment dates and they were super understanding about it. They were still able to see me the same day I missed my appointment time. As for the cool sculpting results, it is still too soon for me to tell how well it is working for me. Two of my friends said they could already see a difference after my first treatment. It can take months to really start seeing an obvious change. I look forward to seeing the end results! : ) Time: 30min of cold suction per applicator/per area. Applicators come in a few different sizes to fit diff areas of the body and different body types/sizes.
