Zephorra, owner of Red Carpet, has been nothing but a pleasure to work with the last month and a half. I don't think I have ever met someone so dedicated to making customers happy. She is passionate and extremely precise with executing her procedures. Every time I have gone for a lash refill, she has allotted a few hours to make sure she does the best job possible. Other lash persons I have been to try to get the procedure done rushed. Her attention to detail is something to be remembered. The first appointment she did not charge me extra even though she spent much more time than usual and gave me extra lashes. I knew then that this person was so dedicated to seeing her business through to success. I plan on using Red Carpet for microblading, fibroblasting and a few other skin procedures. I went for consultation, I was so impressed with the time the Tzippora took to outline my eyebrows. She is definitely a perfectionist. This place is amazing. I had eyeliner done which i have wanted for years! Tzippora compliment ed me on my eyes and how the eyeliner will bring out the color and i shared with her my disappointment over my allergies and not being able to wear mascara and feeling like i had no lashes. She disagreed and told me i just needed a lift and tinting which i proceeded to do and i love it!!! I look and feel younger! I immediately texted all my family as we all have light lashes! This spa, along with the owner, is the best I've come across so far. Although newly opened, Tzippora knows what she is doing!! So far, I've had two spray tans, microblading and a lash lift and I'm ecstatic about all three procedures.
