If you want to spend your hard earned money for cheap products and poor customer service this is the place. I asked for the manager because I didn't like the work Nicole did. The "manager" was not available. Clearly they are either all related or protect each other while providing poor service. I am getting married in a few months. I said I'm calling to inquire about scheduling an appointment for styling. The lady didn't let me speak and said "what kind of hair do you have were really busy?" With a rude tone. I said I don't want to go today, I was wondering availabilit. Again interupting me, she says "what kind of hair do you have like what are we talking about here? You want a blow out like what?"
