I got a full set done at Amazing Lash Studio for the first time two weeks ago. At first I liked it. My technician used the perfect length and style for me. At the end she warned me that about 5 lashes would fall per day since that is how many lashes fall off usually. I've gotten lash extentions before from other salons and I have never felt so bald. Even before it hit the one week mark I only had maybe like 15-20 lash extentions left. I thought oh maybe because I went to vegas the heat melted off the glue, but when i went it was colder than NJ in the 60s. So really I can't even try to find an excuse for them. I was looking forward to coming back and getting them refilled but at this point I am going to have to spend money on full set Update: The manager reached out to me and gave me a complementary full set. I love the way it turned out and it's been almost a week and my lashes haven't fallen out too much. It still looks c beautiful and people has been complementing how good it looks. I loved the girls upfront and the manager who reached out to me was very polite and answered every questions I had. I would definitely go back. I love going to Amazing Lash Studio. They have so many styles and types of lashes. You end up getting a custom tailored look that's best for you, your eye shape, and your style. The cool thing is that each time you go to refill, you can change up the style and shape. This has been really great for me because some weeks I have business trips and want to keep my lashes simple for a more professional look, but then other weeks I want to go more glam. Sabrina gave me "Gorgeous Style" lashes which really gave me a "natural but done up look" that I wanted for my wedding day. I also go to Jess a lot, for either 6D or Lux, and she makes them come out so pretty each time. My favorite thing is that every time I come for a refill, they ask me lots of questions to understand what I'm looking for with the style. Highly highly highly recommend this lash studio. High-quality lashes and technicians who really know what they're doing. I used to bounce around between Katie and Valerie depending on their availability. After trying a few technicians I found them to be the best. It's important to have a strong technician because you don't want your natural lashes ruined. They were also able to really explain the care of and how to clean the lashes which enabled me to get a refill once every 3 weeks and keep them in great condition. I took advantage of their introductory first set of lashes offer at $89.99 when i had a special event to attend. Such a bargain compared to other places that don't use the same quality product. If you sign up as a member you get rebates to purchase products for the lashes. I used their wand and soap. I also purchased their eye liner for a wedding where I needed to be extra glam. I kept the lashes on for about 9 months and after hearing horror stories about people's lashes missing or being half the length I was thrilled when mine looked exactly as good as the day I went in there. I really credit the technicians and adhesive which was non irritating and didn't cause me to want to rub my eyes all day long. read more

I am so disappointed with the lash studio. I have never reviewed a business but had no choice. I was scammed. I had never had my lashes done but wanted to before my cruise. I went the day before my cruise. The master stylist did not fully explain the process so was annoyed with me every time I moved or twitched I felt so bad I left a 50 tip. Thinking I had done something wrong. When I left the studio they pushed me to join their lash club saying I can cancel before my next appointment but it gives me 10 percent on all the needless unopened products I was sold. Scam. Didn't tell me no matter what you can't return them. My lashes fell off on the third day. I was on a 10 day trip. I went in today and spoke with the front desk who told me I couldn't get any of my money back period. I kept pressing her and she finally called the manager. The manager said no refund. I kept pressing and finally she called the manager again who gave me 99$ for the service still not refunding all that product they didn't tell me was refundable. I had a problem booking my appointment online & showed up only to find out my appointment didn't go through. The girls at the desk were SO helpful & called around or other studios to help find me an appointment that day since I was leaving for vacation the next day. Turns out they ended up having a cancellation & I was able to get in later that day! Cynthia was my stylist & I couldn't have asked for anyone better to do my lashes! The only good thing about this place is the hours. Poor retention after only 1 week. Went 2 weeks intervals for 3 sessions. Had to go 3 weeks and when I complain (at each appointment that the retention is poor) it's my "fault". My fault eyelashes are literally up side down and sticking together after a week. I do all the maintenance with their products and I get attitude when I call unhappy the next day as the manager told me to do??? Cancel my membership... oh we can't do that until the manager is in. It's hard for me to leave a comment so negative because I usually would leave positive comments on the service I received but this one is just not pleasant to me. I hope there is an explanation that would change my viewpoint of this place. This was my first time visiting this place and to be honest I'm extremely unsatisfied. I have done eyelash extensions before and since I just moved to this area, I decided to search on google to give me some idea of where should I go for lashes. So here I was. The front desk and the lash lady were nice when I talked to them. The lashes looked cute at the first sight. But the actual service is below average. Here are the reasons: 1. The eyelash removal: the removal lotion got into my eye even though I remained closing my eyes. It stings so bad that I couldnt sleep overnight. My eye was keep getting abnormal discharge which worries me a lot last night. 2. There was extension glue at the root of my lashes after the work is considered "done" by the lash lady. I didn't say anything at first because I thought I could dust them off easily but I was wrong. Through my past experience, I have never had glue on my eye lids when the works was done. So it annoys me a bit. 3. After I went home in the afternoon, I noticed that the extension is far from the root of my lashes, which means the lashes will be twisted and go downward much easily than normal. Plus, I will have to go there more often than I should to fix it. 4. The 30% of lashes are twisted in all wrong directions after 2 hours when the lashes were done. It was kinda ridiculous to me bc this pair is so new! 5. The false lashes fell at least 6 pieces Within 10 hours after I went out from the studio. I went straight back home, didn't take shower and only wiped my face with makeup removal cloth.... it was unbelievable how bad it turned out. 6. The sales was nice but really pushy as I said I wanted to reschedule in 4 weeks for the next appointment and she still booked in 3 weeks... 7. The tip suggestion for extension was $40-50 dollars. I considered myself as I fair customer and tried to tip reasonably. I did some research on the internet and they said that normally it's 20% of what you spent. So..... I don't know how did they come up with that dollar amount. Considering the actual services I have gotten and the price point, I wouldn't recommend this place, even though the ppl looked friendly. read more

Recently after taking a short break, I had some lash fallout and ALS was prompt in making good for their service. Their stylists are well educated, knowledgeable and properly trained.
