He's not a surgeon, he is truly an artist. He did such an amazing job that nobody ever knows that I've had any work done at all- and isn't that how it should be? No prior notice was provided, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This asymmetric policy framework--wherein patient compliance is strictly monitored and penalized while the provider assumes no responsibility for its own operational lapses--raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, fair dealing, and the implied covenant of good faith. One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.
