I waited 6 months to write this review in anticipation that someone would reach out and check on me after seriously screwing up my face. I saw Nena in April for lip and other fillers before a trip. a few days before I left, I noticed my face was uneven and called back to try to get in before my trip. The front desk dismissed my concerns of an uneven appearance and told me things needed to settle. On my trip the unevenness got worse and my face looked paralyzed. When I returned I scheduled an appointment and discovered that I was injected with Botox in my lips instead of filler causing the appearance of Bells Palsy. I further discovered that assistants in training are allowed to handle the product and unused products are being used on other people. How do you allow anyone but the injector to handle the products? How do you know how much is injected when you pay for a syringe and they are using left overs? In 6 months no one has reached out to me to follow up. No one offered a refund for the fact that I walked around with a paralyzed looking face on my vacation. I gave them 6 months to make it right and crickets. In my experience with a more reputable place: you should always see the product in a sealed container before allowing the injections. read more

Such excellent service! The front desk receptionists were friendly and was able to book an appointment very easily. You can book via online but I had a few questions to ask along with booking an appointment. I had my appointment with Sarah (RN) for filler and really appreciated how friendly and reassuring she was with the whole procedure. I have ZERO bruising which was very surprising since I bruise so easily. Heard about this place from a friend, so happy I decided to come in. I was scheduled for a 4pm appointment but arrived early, surprisingly I was taken back early offered water and champagne (okkk)! I sat in a very nice clean room with lots of mirrors, waited less than 20 mins and Nena came in- so friendly and warm. I never had lip injections before she made me feel so comfortable answered all my questions and gave me honest recommendations. I went in thinking I needed a full lip but she advised on a mini which is cheaper. I have been going to Drip for several years and have spent a fortune on various treatments. I had an emergency at work and called to cancel my appointment. Before I could say that I'd reschedule, Gia, jumped in and stated that I would be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. I stated that I never cancel appointments and only had to today b/c of work commitment. I asked that I not be charged the cancelation due to circumstances out of my control. But, nope, I was charged the fee and I'll never go back to Drip. Drip has no respect or understanding for loyal clients. Emergencies don't matter, you'll get banged with fees. It's all about the money for Drip. Go somewhere else where you'll be respected. Truly disgusting. read more

I went to Drip for multiple hydra-facials pre-covid. I have experience at multiple other spas with hydra facials so I know what a good one vs bad one is like. I was impressed that Drip offered so many services in their hydra facial, especially high frequency. The reason I stopped coming back was the inconsistency of one facial to the next. My first hour long facial was fabulous, I left feeling hydrated and I felt like the esthetician really took her time and cared about my skin. I felt as if I had found my new favorite place. When I came back for my second one I was disappointed that it seemed like I had gotten a quicker and lessened version of the previous facial. I was in and out within 30 minutes.... yet still paid the same price as the first facial that took an hour? (Which is on the higher side of facial prices btw). I could tell the women did not want to be there.. The whole thing felt rushed and unsettling. When you are paying a lot of money and allowing someone to touch your face rushing is not a good thing. For this reason I decided to check out a different spa my friend recommended and haven't been back to Drip. read more

My eyebrows came out awesome. Wave did them And she was fantastic I loved her. I am writing this review because I am very much annoyed at the spa for not telling me that the price did not include the touch up. I came to drip Medi spa because I felt like they had a decent price for the micro blading eyebrows. Of course nowhere on their website does it say that this procedure does not include the touchup. I can't imagine that you wouldn't need a little bit of a touch up no matter who you are. They should have told me this the day I got them done or before I made the appointment for the touch up. I went here the other day for a lip filler I paid 650 plus an additional 20% tip. About two weeks after my lips went back to completely normal when I went back to tell Nana I am unsatisfied and my lips were back to how they previously look she insisted that there was a slight change and she did what she though would look good. I explained to Nana that I was not satisfied and there was no difference she stated, "I work hard for my fillers and I'm not just giving them out" I again calmly stated I really wasn't satisfied and I don't like the outcome. Nana opened the door and started scream (so everyone can hear) you need to leave immediately. Confused, I got up and said that's not a problem as I'm putting on my jacket to leave she screams to the front desk (where everyone can hear) call the cops, call the cops! I have no idea what set her off but she was completely unprofessional and out of line so moral of the story I spent over 750$ and my lips look completely the same! I went for the first time here and to be honest I was not happy with the end result. I expected the Yumi Lash Lift to pop and to have my eyelashes look lifted.. instead they were semi lifted and some were even crooked. At first I thought it was temporary but after I realized this is the end result. I paid $170 with the tip and feel like I wasted my money. For that money, my eyelashes should have popped- it was like I didnt do anything.. Furthermore, I never got any emails for any other services or promotions. Just went for Vitamin IV therapy for migraines and it was AMAZING . I am scared of needles but they made sure I was comfortable and talked me through it all. They also kept checking on me and made me a special custom vitamin drip to help with my migraines. the facility was spotless and very comfortable. Highly recommend. I have been going to Nena for two years now and have recommended many people but recently the price has gone up for botox from 13 to 15 a unit but customer service has gone down. I was late for my appointment but they were still willing to take me which I appreciated, but once I got in the room Nena rushed and did not give me the care I normally receive. When the front desk called me a few days later to ask how everything went I let her know I was unhappy with the way the botox came out and I still have a big wrinkle but I wouldn't be able to make it back in the "7 days" they allow for free touch-ups, I believe she should have offered to work something out so i could come back and get it fixed but she simply responded "oh ok". She offered me no solution. I paid 600 for botox and simply because I couldn't make it back the next day they did not offer me anything, I would have to pay for whatever touch- up i wanted. Bad customer service in my opinion when i drive all the way from long island just for her and they couldn't work something out for me. Shame. read more
