My experience with 4 ever young was not positive. Although the nurse who did my botox treatment was really nice, however she was not knowledgeable in anything, not about the services provided, not about what to do with botox unused, she seemed lost and could not answer my questions, kept telling me I should talk to a skin specialist or someone at 4 ever young. My appointment ended and I though I would be escorted to talk to the correct person, I wanted to find out about the hydra facial and other treatments to see how to treat my under eye area, she just said goodbye. Not good. I don't blame her, I believe she needs more training and direction. My experience started on May 5, when I called specifically asking for treatment under my eyes, the seller proceeded to sell me Botox. She had the information I wanted to treat under my eyes. I went ahead an purchased 24 units of botox she insisted I should take advantage of the sale going on for Mother's day, unbeknownst to me at that time I could not use Botox under my eyes. Another thing there was a sale for Mothers day that supposedly ended that day May 5, another sketchy aspect of this whole ordeal, a Mother Day sale that end a week before mothers day. I went to my appointment, nurse put botox where she could and I had 8 units left, she said I could save for next time, however I needed 16 units to treat same area, meaning I had to buy 8 more units. I told her I did not want to purchase any more botox so she proceeded to put the 8 units in the mouth area. I believe she didn't use the whole 8 units, my mouth area looks exactly the same. Area she treated around my eyes, does not look like I had botox either. Went to an appointment with doctor and she suggested I had botox in same area!!! My two cents, don't charge people for tre0aament, specially botox without seeing them first for a consultation. I would not had purchased the botox if I knew I could not use it under my eyes, that's the area I wanted to try and treat. Will not recommend this place.

Bait and Switch. I came across an advertisement for Botox on Facebook offering $8 per unit for new customers. Clicked on the add that I was interested. I received a text message saying "your offer has been reserved for you" and asked when I would like to come in for a consultation. The consultation went well. I expressed my concerns and the doctor assured me she would be able to do what I wanted. She drew up the paperwork and then asked me is the price was discussed at the front desk. I told her no but I reserved the $8 per unit offer from Facebook. She then told me that was no longer the price. That offer expired 9 days ago. I showed her my screen shot of the advertisement that mentions nothing about an expiration. It says that it is only for new customers. She stepped out and came back to tell me that she was correct, the offer expired but they could offer me $12 per unit. I should have walked out but I really had my mind set on getting the service. I paid the $12 per unit but left angry. The next day when they reached out to see how the service went I expressed my disappointment in being promised one price and then told another after my consultation. Instead of making right they then decided to offer the discounted rate if I came back in two weeks to get MORE Botox or a complimentary mini facial where they probably would have charged me for something. If the add should have been taken down or an expiration was supposed to be added doesn't matter. I booked and reserved a special and had proof of what I booked and it didn't matter. This is a HORRIBLE business practice. I will not be returning and others should be aware in case they try to do this others.

4 weeks in total after 36 units. Started with 32 went back they gave me 4. Usually 20 units of botox however they did 36. Suchna rip off!!!

I was left with dozens and dozens of huge bumps which resembled like bad bee stings all over my cheeks and chin. I look deformed. When I confronted Dr Hong and the staff he just said he made a mistake with the procedure and brushed off. After nearly 7 months I still have bad wart like bumps with bad discoloration. Needlessly said I look much much worse now than before with bad permanent skin condition. Dr Hong is an internist not a dermatologist. He and the nurses who perform some of the procedures appear not too qualified and knowledgeable. They should study more about some of the procedures and less of money making. There should be restrictive laws and prohibit some careless practices done by money hungry doctors and nurses.

I live an hour away, at 10:45am I called the front desk and let them know I'm running late for my 11:05am appointment due to some traffic, the front desk girl (Sarah) asked me what time will I get there, I said around 11:30. She immediately said I need to reduce my time of the facial. I said that means I only will get 5 minutes of facial, she said I can cancel my appointment and I'll get charged for it. The way she spoke to me was stone cold, and how she approached was honestly so rude. And this is not the first time they treat me this way. I asked to speak to a manager, and they sent me to another receptionist who refused to give me her name and was equally rude. She also told me there's no manager available to speak to me and hang up the phone. After that, no matter how I call, they would not pick up the phone. Then left clueless, I had to call the Manhattan location and asked them to please call the Fort Lee location and ask the manager to call me back. The silver lining is, their manager Jessi did call me back later and apologized. She was nice and reasonable and I left the conversation with some sort of comfort after my experience. The receptionists are the face of your business and their behavior has an impact on your customer relations. I hope the business will do something at this location.

I don't know why many medical practices don't hire receptionists who are polite, helpful and friendly to patients. They are, after all, the first point of contact in any medical practice. I don't know about the rest of you. However, if I feel harassed by a receptionist at a medical practice, I will not proceed to make an appointment with that medical practice. Why go anywhere where your business is not valued and appreciated. I called this dermatology center. My call was answered by a very unpleasant female who carelessly disconnected my call. I called back and she did not apologize for disconnecting my call. No. Not at all. She continued to be disgruntled as if I was disturbing her by calling to make an appointment. Then, I asked if she could hold on so I could quickly go to the bathroom and then get my health insurance card. She became very irritated and agitated and snapped at me that she would not hold on for me and that I should call back since she was too busy to be bothered waiting for me. She added that she was sure she would have other calls to answer. I bet she was equally discourteous to all the other callers. What a rude woman! I decided not to call back and go through that ordeal with that uncouth woman who clearly hasn't a clue about customer service and doesn't know that without customers/clients/patients that she would not have a job.
