I do not write Yelp reviews unless truly deserved and this one is! When I first entered his office, he sat me down and went into extensive detail and attention to explain to me the process of the tattoo removal. He analyzed my skin type and healing time and asked me very specific questions to narrow down to my exact treatment. Very informative. When it came to the procedure he made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The pain can be described as a rubber band snapping and it hurt, probably not that bad, but I have no tolerance for pain. Anyways he was very patient and genuinely tried to ease the pain. He offers numbing medication and if you need a break stops before continuing on. I had him stop several times. Price wise, it is $75 for the consultation, but if you get the procedure done the same day, he waives the fee and only charges you amount depending on size, color, and complexity. My tattoo is about 1.5 sq inches and has multiple colors, but the larger and more complex, the more it costs and you may need several sessions. You should know, if you are serious about the procedure, it is time consuming, depending on how many sessions you need every 6-8 weeks. His staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Huang called me after a couple of days to check up on me and see if I had any scarring, how I felt and the progress of the healing. I really feel as if he cares about his patients unlike other doctors who just want to get your money and move onto the next one. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good tattoo removal procedure and at a fair price. He is experienced and really tries to make you feel comfortable and at ease. FIVE STARS!

When he came in to meet with me, I clearly said I was only interested in botox. Dr. Capuano's critique of my appearance, when I did not ask for it, was incredibly hurtful. I went out to my car after the appointment and broke down into tears. For the sake of wanting to protect other people from this awful experience, I strongly encourage you to not see Dr. Capuano. We all have enough pressure on our looks these days - we do not need it coming from the very people we turn towards to hedge against this very pressure.

Very disappointing experience after five years as a client…read more I spent over $20,000 with this practice, yet when my son became sick and I had to miss an appointment, they kept approximately $800 even though the treatment was rescheduled. I also witnessed significant staff turnover and had serious concerns about how employees were treated, including concerns about employee pay and commissions. Overall, my experience left me feeling that money and profit were being prioritized over clients and staff. After five years of loyalty, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this practice. I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about cancellation fees, payments, employee compensation, and commission policies before giving them your business.

I then purchased a 6-session package with this spa and used 3 sessions, but after those treatments I noticed more hair than I did after my first 6 sessions elsewhere. After 9 total laser sessions, I should be seeing less hair, not more. On top of that, when I had to cancel last minute due to unexpected helth issue and not feeling comfortable coming in, they deducted one of my prepaid sessions as a cancellation penalty and refused to make any exception. I understand businesses have policies, but I expected better results, more empathy, and better customer care.

I was communicating with someone thinking all along it was Jenny. I sent pictures and they advise a touch up would be no problem and they needed to speak to me. We agreed on a time but I never received a call. I texted the following day to receive a response that her child was sick, understandable. So I asked to let me know when we can arrange another time to speak. The next message I received was stating, I'm a Jenny and you were speaking to my assistant, based on your pictures your eyebrows are too Saturated, you'll need tattoo laser removal. First of all I don't have a tattoo and the only reason I considered Jenny was because my girl Sam from The Eyebrow Queen in Saddle brook, NJ is super busy on Saturday's and I had vacation due and wanted to peel during this time. Jenny should have taken the time to call me to ask about my situation instead of just recommending a solution first. I have screen shots of the conversations! Glad Sam was able to squeeze me in soon. Again, this was just my personal experience and has nothing to do with her work as I have no personal experience or no anyone who has had any work done by her.

Right after I got them done, they looked beautiful but by the third day, they were about three times as dark and starting to scab visibly. By the end of the second week, I started to relax because most of the scabs has fallen off and were looking ok as they were getting lighter. I have oily skin, so I ended up losing about 30% of the color. I was nervous again because my touch-up wasn't for another three weeks! Anyhow, it's been two weeks since my touch up and I'm in love again! This photo was taken at the end of a long day, so it's not the best but you can see how perfect my eyebrows look! Jenny is an artist who knows her stuff. The salon is clean, she only uses new tools and loves what she does. I could not recommend anyone but her if you're thinking about doing this.
