I waited 6 months to write this review in anticipation that someone would reach out and check on me…read moreafter seriously screwing up my face. I saw Nena in April for lip and other fillers before a trip. a few days before I left, I noticed my face was uneven and called back to try to get in before my trip. The front desk dismissed my concerns of an uneven appearance and told me things needed to settle. On my trip the unevenness got worse and my face looked paralyzed. When I returned I scheduled an appointment and discovered that I was injected with Botox in my lips instead of filler causing the appearance of Bells Palsy. I further discovered that assistants in training are allowed to handle the product and unused products are being used on other people. How do you allow anyone but the injector to handle the products? How do you know how much is injected when you pay for a syringe and they are using left overs? In 6 months no one has reached out to me to follow up. No one offered a refund for the fact that I walked around with a paralyzed looking face on my vacation. I gave them 6 months to make it right and crickets. In my experience with a more reputable place: you should always see the product in a sealed container before allowing the injections.

I was concerned about skin cancer and moles. I was with the guy maybe 2 min. It felt so rushed & complete waste of time as I left just as unassured as when I came in. I also have very dry skin on my cheeks at times. He told me to use Cetaphil. Ha thanks doc, when I have a fever should I take tylenol too? I asked afterwards where Dr Lu was as she specialized in skin cancer detection & my apt was with her.. The staff said she was off that day. What? So why make my apt for that day when I called and asked specifically for her? I will tell you why. I looked up the Dr Ragi and he has been previously suspended for groping women in the past. They think they are slick and fill his days up with new patients whom they think may be oblivious bc no one who knows what he did will be seen by him. Its funny because I am a dude and I kinda felt like he was leering at me too, but I thought it was in my head. Now who knows! I feel unclean. Bait and switch at its finest. F this place.
