WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE A PERMANENT DEEP DIME SIZE SCAR ON FACE they caused. I had a Halo first, did nothing, then BBL, same. Then tech recommended a brand new Cutera laser. She said she had experience with it. Well she did one side and felt fine, then she said she was upping and drilled into my face until I said it's burning! My face was on fire. This caused a huge hole in my face! She was not supervised and no doctor saw me after the laser caused the burn in my face. She had a cream sent to my pharmacy that I paid for. They will tell you they gave me free service of red light and a peel that did nothing. Plus they didn't offer I had to ask. Denise the office manager was rude and dismissed me same as Dr. Breslow until I kept emailing and calling them. I asked him to help me. He kept just saying how wonderful their staff was and look at all the high reviews. I asked for compensation and he blew me off. I asked for a refund at very least. They gave me the run around and said we can try a microneedle. Still not even a refund offer or any compensation. After many, many, many emails with Dr. Breslow and Denise for months, he said he would give me a refund of what I paid to have my face scarred for life. I just wished they owned up from the beginning instead of dissing me and no doctor cared to see me, but they all knew my issue and what happened. I had to be the one to make an issue about it. Brianna took a picture on an iPad after it happened and showed it to Dr. Greaney in next room and he couldn't be bothered to come in to see in person and said it was fine. Well it most definitely wasn't and is not. It is a deep pitted scar!!! Forever I will remember them and this situation. Denise called me to tell me after tons of emails they were going to give me a refund. She called to tell me I needed to fill out paperwork before the refund. I said what paperwork...a HOLD HARMLESS contract? She said yes something like that. I started shaking. Thinking wait a minute, you want me to sign paper so I don't sue you and can't talk about this to anyone? They tried to pay me a refund not even a compensation of what I paid them to scar me....to shut me up forever?! How does that even make sense. So unethical and every step they did NOT have my best interest, care or show compassion. Just gas lighting the entire time to cover the technician drilling the laser into my face. I emailed Denise back after receiving the Hold Harmless contract and said I would not sign it and sent her the pictures attached to remind her what had been done to my face. Crickets, no response at all since October. That is a place that doesn't care and why I am writing this and informing everyone of my experience. Only care about the $! Not the patient! read more

Had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Breslow and didn't really know what to expect, but can tell you on the other side that it was one of the best decisions I've made in my entire life. Yeah, if you're reading reviews on yelp you were like me several months ago - trying to get as much data as possible before going through with a big decision. You're smart for it. Go with this place. I'm telling you right now. They're the best and I have proof, on my face, of it. Everybody there is really nice, understanding, and will answer all your questions (but you have to ask them! I waited a while to do this review to see if they improved their service. On the contrary, this office quickly got much worse. I made my first botox appointment with Veronica for crows feet only in ~June 2021. After 2 months, I noticed a VERY noticeable and strange horizontal wrinkle/crease appear on my upper eyelid (picture 1). It was so bad that almost everyone I knew asked what was wrong with my eye. When I let them know how terribly this effected me, they promised an ADDITIONAL 15% off as compensation. Then, when I got there, they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to honor it. Then, with a horrible attitude, they finally offered 20% off to correct my botched face. Mind you they ALREADY OFFER 15% OFF NO MATTER WHAT if you come back within 4 months. So they basically did not care at all about their terrible service and offer nothing to make up for it. Even though I was treated badly, I decided to give them another chance. HUGE MISTAKE. When I told Veronica the line appeared again, she is quick to have a horrible attitude and tell you that you're imagining the problem. She'll go off on a 10 minute aimless rant about how the problem has nothing to do with what she did, even when the evidence could not be more clear it was her. I still remained calm and friendly, and the mere fact that I suggested her injections caused a completely BOTCHED EYE, she got an attitude. The first time I went I felt nothing during the injection and had no redness, but when she has her attitude, she INTENTIONALLY TRIES TO HURT YOU WITH THE NEEDLE!!!! I couldn't believe it. She injected me so hard and carelessly it hurt so bad I couldn't open my eyes for a good 15 minutes. The next morning, I had clear, huge puncture marks. I've had botox for two years, and no one has EVER DONE THIS TO ME. Veronica is inexperienced and not good at her job, and emotionally unstable to hurt a patient like this simply because I expressed concern about the problems I was having. NEVER AGAIN. They are RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED for the worst service possible. They claim their "many 5 star reviews" ensure they're a wonderful facility, but it is quite obvious that they have the money to pay people to write their fake reviews. There is 0 chance they are real. We all know how the internet works and you're fooling no one. Update on my review: I also called the front desk 12/22/21 at 4:30pm to submit a complaint, and the front desk administrator was not only rude, but they completely refused to even accept a complaint. What office does this? A patient has the RIGHT to say when they've been treated horribly. They refuse to accept anything they've done wrong and the entire office is run by rude ignorant staff. Deep puncture wounds and bruising all over my face is NOT NORMAL and was DONE ON PURPOSE. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

I am ecstatic to review Dr. Breslow because I got an awesome (and cheap) boob job here! This is the only procedure I've ever had done and have been very happy not only with the results (from an A cup to a D), but with the staff. I think even if I would've hated my boob job, I wouldn't complain as much bc the staff is soooo amazing! Everyone is friendly (even when you're freaking out - trust me, I did once or twice), also when you have to reschedule (or schedule) appointments they are very accommodating. Dr. Breslow is gorgeous. Oh and a really good doctor too. I warn you that he's gorgeous, because my sister who came to an appointment with me, began babbling and looking crazy. So make sure you're prepared. lol. Anyways, I never thought that I would be the person to say that a plastic surgeon made me feel at home, but this place does. This was my first and last appointment, I literally booked my procedure right on the spot (to my family's horror). Prices are also very reasonable and depending on the time of year they have different sales. I got my boobs in the "spring into summer sale"...lol. I say this because I'm Colombian and I know a lot of women that take the risk and go to another country to get something done, and before coming here that was an option for me. My scar is thread thin so far (6 months in) and I'm happy that Dr. Breslow was able to help me pick the right size (I originally wanted smaller), and placement (under my breast muscle). He answered all my questions and I felt completely comfortable putting my life and boobs in his hands. I've also had microdermabrasion, eye lash tinting and a facial done at their spa with lots of success. Although I don't recommend any of the above if you have a small threshold for pain....especially the eye lash tinting (it feels like acid in your eyes). read more

I wanted my existing implants removed and replaced with smaller ones. I emphatically stated that one breast was naturally a larger size, so be sure to not use same size in each breast. He did not respect my wishes and now have a B and a C cup. I cannot wear a normal bra (have to only wear a sport bra). Also my nipples are badly scarred. I've had a few visits to complain and he looks at me, like he can't see a problem. No personality, horrible results and at $14k, I feel robbed. In April, after the pandemic left me with a haggard face, a mop of unruly curls, and a not insignificant weight gain, I received a call from Amy's previous place of employment canceling my appointment, as she had accepted a job elsewhere. Given Amy's warm personality and her talent for understanding what I need to look my best, and her skill in recapturing features of my long lost youth, I was momentarily despondent. This was very bad news. I'd finally found a person whose talent was a gift, and who made our sessions a completely positive experience in every way, an experience I hadn't found anywhere else, and she was gone! It only took a moment to realize that I could and would fix this. Amy could be anywhere, and i'd find her and follow her! Paid $150 for a consult and the photo machine (to see before and afters) was broken so they shuffled me to another room, after 20 minutes, half naked, and that one, also, was "giving problems!" At this point, you offer another appt free of charge and apologize for wasting a clients time OR offer a refund and let me get dressed. Instead they say, "We will email you..." and shocker! Never got those either! Spent maybe 5 minutes with the doctor, mostly him trying to fix his machines rather than consult with a patient. COMPLETE Waste of time and money here. Just waiting for them to follow up & acknowledge even that. Which will never happen. read more

To be clear this review is not about the Dr's but rather the staff. I was told they accepted my insurance - have the procedure and then received a bill for $700 for my co insurance when I was specifically told I met my deductible and would owe nothing. When I received the bill I spoke with Krystal who said DO not pay you will receive 3 bills but don't worry about it. When when the third bill came the billing company started calling me demanding payment - I called the DR office back and said someone said I am not responsible when I found my note they completely denied ever saying that- Like I could think of the name Krystal on my own and write it down ???? Clearly Denise the office manger and Krystal her assistant are on two different pages my work against theirs - experience has put such a bad taste in my mouth I would refer them to any one just bc of the office staff experience. I broke my foot and I am currently in a wheelchair I paid $150.00 roundtrip to visit the Breslow Center I had an appointment at 3:00 and some guy in a white coat very red faced like he just had a peel came in the exam room at 4:10 he proceeded to stand behind me and talk to the back of my head for about 15 minutes because I am on blood thinners he told me I was not a candidate for surgery. He was so rude he didn't even talk about non-surgical solutions he just walked out of the room. The doctor was not Dr. Breslow it was some other fellow who didn't even introduce himself. I happen to know that non-surgical procedures are not contra indicated only invasive procedures are contra indicated. To top off the visit he told me to lose weight I was sitting in a wheelchair with a bulky sweater and jacket on so he doesn't even know what I really look like. The results I have gotten from my treatment facials at the Breslow Center are really amazing. Over the past 6 months my skin has gone from older-looking and dull to vibrant. BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!! Took my 4 year old daughter to Valley Hospital with a cut over her eye from a fall. Cozzone was the "on call" doctor. He was there for 10 minutes, put a few stitches above her eye, complained half the time about moving out of his Franklin Lakes home, and left. His billing office sent a $10K bill and called it a "complicated surgery." Really? 10 minutes done in the ER is a complicated surgery? Then, my insurance paid the guy HALF and he had the audacity to back bill the rest of it to us. What a piece of crap. 10 minutes of work on a 4 year old. GFY Cozzone. read more

Life changing yes! Afraid, no!! Every step of the way from patient education, to seeing results on their 3D machine (before to after) to top notch patient care and follow up, I am impressed with his and his staff's care ..
