Ive had a hydrafacial here before w out issue but this time was very very different. I have also been getting hydrafacials for over 10 yrs at multiple locations and have NEVER had an issue (and I am not on any medication or new/active products) I always come out with glowing skin looking better than I went in. I made the appt and verified the cost would be $149. I did agree to add dermaplaning to my service but was not made aware of any additional charges beyond that, or the cost. I think this may have been a miscommunication because I had a $100 birthday coupon I was planning to use but regardless asked what the cost of the service was...period (not after my coupon). That is also why I agreed to the additional dermaplaning. I reiterated before the service that my skin is sensitive and at the time had some clogged pores but only one active breakout. I left with red raw bumpy dry skin. I called immediately after the service to complain and asked for someone to call me also to discuss the $249 I was charged. I reached out thru Klara multiple times as well as sent multiple pics. The entire left side of my face was covered with large painful red bumps and breakouts. I did hear back once from the person that performed the service indicating it could be from the heat and should be better by the next day. Unfortunately things did not get any better the next day and I did not receive a call like I was told she would or message asking how it was. Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. Besides the fact my skin look significantly worse,,,I feel the costs were not upfront and transparent. Update :I had to see a dermatologist today because of the severe redness/irritation/discomfort. I left a message with the office again and have still not heard back from anyone read more

I've been going to this amazing establishment for about two years now . Went originally for fillers and Emily my injector is superb . My daughter also uses her as well . Hands down highly professional and well educated in her field . In Dec Dr Aydin performed an under eye procedure . From start to finish the entire team from office staff , to nurses , to the anesthesiologist were spectacular . Today was my post opt date and the office went above and beyond for me as they always do . Dr Aydin has a wonderful way of explaining the human anatomy and makes you feel extremely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation of showing your flaws . They feel like family to me and my family . I drive Over an hour to see him and I'm beyond pleased with all and every result . read more

My friend and I went to Dana at Aydin Aesthetics for our first-ever lip filler appointments. We were both new to filler and didn't know much about how it should be done. Dana told us we should start with a full syringe instead of a half, saying we "wouldn't see a difference" otherwise. Trusting her expertise, we each got 1 full syringe. At the end of our appointment, she recommended we come back in 3 months for another syringe because "filler doesn't usually hold the first time you get your lips done." Again, we trusted her judgment as the injector and returned after 3 months to get another full syringe. A few weeks later, we both started noticing that something didn't look right -- we had visible lip filler migration above our upper lips. The area above our lips looked puffy and pushed out, and in my case, my lips were also noticeably uneven. We've since learned that this was caused by overfilling too quickly, especially since we both naturally have smaller lips. Now, we're both in the process of multiple dissolving treatments to correct the damage and get our natural lips back. Looking back, we wish we had been better informed and had been guided more responsibly. Getting 2 syringes of lip filler within a 2-month span -- especially for first-timers with small lips -- is not best practice, and it increases the risk of migration significantly. Lip filler should be built up gradually and conservatively to avoid complications like this. If you're new to lip filler, I'd recommend doing your research thoroughly and asking for a more cautious approach. read more

This was my first time getting lip fillers and a non surgical nose job. Nicole was amazing! She was so sweet and informative. She would constantly ask if I was doing okay throughout the procedure and took her time doing my lips and nose to get the best results. She is honest and it's not about the money but about the results. She really cares for her patients. I love my lips and my nose is amazingly straight. I had to review this office and tell her thank you! The price is also super reasonable for the results you get. I can't wait to go back and get more ! I recommend 100% read more

I had a wonderful experience at Aydin Center for Plastic Surgery this past Saturday. I was referred by my cousin, Karly. This was my first time getting lip fillers, which I decided to do 1 year prior to my wedding. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and I waited for less than 10 minutes. The woman (I think her name was Amber?) who escorted me to my room and set up my lip numbing, questionnaire, etc was so kind and personable. She eased all my nerves and made me so comfortable. Emily greeted me, kindly and professionally (also I got the vibe that she is a very chill person who cares so much about her career)-- she asked what I wanted. I deferred to her judgement-- I said do what you want, just make them juicy but not like a duck. She did exactly that. I am now a week since receiving the filler and I am in love. This was all my face needed. Emily did a PERFECT job with minimal pain. She asked for my permission to record the session, to which I agreed (I don't care if people see! I'm proud of filler!) After, she did NOT try to sell me on anything else. She thanked me, gave me directions for care, provided an ice pack and exited gracefully. Afterwards, I started to feel faint (I unfortunately always faint when I get needles stuck in me), I told Amber this and she laid the bed down for me and let me rest until I was back to consciousness. I am 100% going back here. The price was absolutely fair. If you do go, please use my name as a referral! read more

Horrible experience! i had to cancel my surgery as they would demanded me to pay 100% even though the paperwork they gave asks about 50% only. There I am to pay 50%, but I ended up getting yeld at by their surgery coordinator! This is after I already paid $700. I was told $500 was refunded, it's been 2 weeks and still nothing. Go to this place if you are okay with being yeld at, knowing that they would not commit to their end of the deal. If that's not enough for you, THEY DON'T MIND TO LIE PUBLICLY. SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE! read more

My friend recommended I visit for a consultation. We went together because she intended to have a non invasive procedure. When we arrived, she realized the service was not the same. The best ladies left, and all within the same month. The place looks very nice, except I did not feel welcomed, it gave me a bad vibe. I'm glad I came with her and decided to seek a second opinion. read more

Dr. Aydin & his staff are amazing and professional. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you step into his office. What I love the most is that you never have to wait for a call back. They'll contact you asap and right after surgery, he makes sure he does as well. Great customer service, beautiful & clean facility. He offers PO lymphatic massages which is a plus for me! If you're looking for a surgeon, I highly recommend him. I've had to 2 procedures done; it's changed my life. Miray & Natalie are gems. Thank you guys for everything. read more

This was my first time here, I saw Nicole for lip fillers. I had 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra. I have had fillers done before somewhere else and wanted her to tweak little things I wasn't fully happy with from the previous time I had them done. I found Aydin via Instagram and RealSelf, and LOVED their work. I'm so glad I decided to come here, she really transformed my lips they have never looked better! She listened to exactly how I wanted the shape to look and what goals I was trying to achieve after this visit. She totally nailed it! So happy I was able to find this place, my new go-to spot for fillers. And their pricing is very reasonable too! read more

Dr. Aydin is a very kind & knowledgeable doctor who will deliver the results you're looking for! I recently went in for chin lipo, a procedure I've wanted to do for years now. I was extremely nervous to do so, as it's only done with local anesthesia, but he put me at ease through the entire processes - explaining step by step what he was doing during the procedure. Dr. Aydin even texted me the day after the operation to check in & see if all went well/if I was doing okay; a step above & beyond my previous experience with other surgeons. This truly made me feel like Dr. Aydin cares for me! Also, I've been going to the office to receive Botox from Nicole for over a year now. Nicole is the best injector! She has so much compassion for her customers & you can tell she truly love her job, always wanting to give her clients the best look & results. Overall the entire staff at Aydin, from the front desk, nurses, injectors, surgical director & Dr. Aydin himself, is extremely professional & prompt; they respond to any questions/concerns immediately. I would highly recommend them for any service they provide. read more

A++ for Beata! I met Beata when she worked her magic at another plastic surgeon's office in 2017- ever since I've been her loyal client. She has done wonders for my acne prone/hormonal skin - now I get compliments on my skin *knock on wood* she is very thorough with her extractions, she takes all that junk out even from the pores in your ears! Lol she has a kind, nurturing and a healing soul and I always feel good in her company. We started with mild peels and graduated to deeper peels- it all depends on the season and what she recommends. I trust her clinical judgement 100%. She is my skin angel and I will forever be grateful for her care read more

I had a facial issue and went to literally 10 different doctors. I made a consultation appointment and Dr. Aydin was the most professional, kind, caring, humble, and compassionate doctor that I saw. I loved his genuine professional assessment of my issue and I ended up having the facial surgery with Dr. Aydin and was EXTREMELY pleased. During the surgery he kept asking constantly if I felt comfortable, if I needed a break and making sure I was okay. Post op, he personally texted me to make sure I was OK every day, wanted to see pictures and answered any questions I had. I absolutely loved working with his office from the way they set up the surgery and guided me on what I needed to do pre op and advising on the aftercare. I highly recommend Dr. Aydin!!! He literally changed my life I was in such a dark place due to the issue and I am extremely grateful. read more

Came here for a consultation today and I have to say even though I came out of there not doing what I wanted to , it was a great experience. The place first and foremost is very clean ! That's super important for me and the people here are so lovely ! Every single encounter with someone in this office was great . What I really liked is that everyone was honest with me , anywhere else they would have told me to get some work done , but they really took the time to speak to me and tell me why I don't need filers done. Although I was hoping to get work done , I'm glad I didn't . I'm defiantly going to be back for something and I'll keep you guys updated !;) Do I recommend coming here ? Yes ! Everyone's pleasant , honest and very welcoming ! And they always have specials to look forward to!! read more

I have been coming to Aydin Plastic Surgery for around 2 or 3 years and I really do love this office. First, you walk in and it is charming. Clean, well lit and everyone is so friendly. I have gotten injections, facials and have a breast aug. consult coming up who Nancy has been SO kind and accommodating with. Dr. Aydin did my injections the first time and it was a pleasant experience. Melissa has been doing my lips ever since. The one thing I rave about with their lip injection technique is that they use a vibration tool that basically tricks your nerves as you are being injected so you feel less pain. When I tell you- this REALLY works, it does. I've been to other offices that use dental numbing that require topical and then injections to numb before you even get your real injections done. That shit hurts! Because of the fact I feel no pain every time I get my lips done- minus some soreness after the fact and a little pinch when the needle goes in- I have no anxiety prior to my appointments. Another thing that I love about this office is they offer deals without compromising the quality of the service. Every time I go I earn points that give me a discount at my next visit, on top of the fact they offer periodic sales on injectables which my bank account is really thankful for. I highly recommend this office for any cosmetic or surgical needs. I no longer live in the area and I still drive two hours (each way) just to come to this office because I really believe no one else can compare based on experiences I have had here and elsewhere. read more

Wish I could put 0 stars. Terrible experience! I now understand what the other awful reviews meant. Turning 50 in August and have experience with getting procedures done on my face. After being referred to by a friend to try this place out, I did. Unfortunately I was completely blown away by the awful results, the lack of professionalism and to top off it off, the manager Rose's way of handling unhappy clients. Especially a new one at that. I went in to get rid of my wrinkles, lift my face like I have done multiple times in the past at other locations and appear more youthful. When I arrived for my appointment I was met Nicole. I explained to her what outcome I wanted, she agreed that she understood and proceeded to inject my face. Two weeks was the typical waiting period that I'd see my results and be happy as can be. In no moment was I told that it was a possibility this would not work or not make a difference. Two weeks passed. My face looks worse than before. I'm not happy. My right eyebrow still wrinkled when I moved it (movement wasn't suppose to happen) I called, one of the women from the front desk picked up, I explained that I wanted to speak to Nicole (the injector who worked on me), they told me she was busy and asked why I needed her. I told her and then they said Nicole wanted me to send pictures. I did and was schedule to come back. Second visit back, she charged me to get more injections around my eye, adding "extra" on the forehead "honoring my previous payment". I told her I hadn't been happy that my face didn't turn out as I had hoped, I had bruising and even said I needed to do massages on my face. Saying I looked "beautiful" when I clearly look worse than before... Still being unhappy, I decided to reach out to the manager to hopefully meet and discuss my concerns and come to some sort of resolution. To be clear, I spent hard earned money (which I'm sure everyone can relate), I accommodated them when they called me last minute to come in the second time because someone cancelled, leaving work early. And being flexible in hopes of an understanding. Rose is the manager. I ended up speaking to her in the morning over the phone. She seemed like she understood and told me she would speak to Nicole and that she would call me back to come to an agreement. She got back to me in the late afternoon and sent me a text message (I had sent her some pictures of my face too prior so that she had an idea of what I was talking about). I will now share the messages between us. If this is not lack of professionalism, I don't know what is. I will never return. Not a way to handle an unhappy client at all! read more

Great results and a super friendly staff! Will definitely be back! I got lip filler for the first time and could not be HAPPIER

I have been to Emily, who is one of the injectors at Aydin Center For Plastic Surgery. I cannot say enough about her. She is very talented and does a beautiful job. I am thrilled and have renewed confidence in my appearance, after some Botox and filled injections. I highly recommend Emily, and this practice, if you're thinking about giving that fountain of youth a try. You will not be disappointed! read more

This was rose's attempt of a "solution"... making excuses and blame shifting. Absolutely wonderful! My experience with Dr. Aydin and his staff was lovely! They are all so helpful and caring, explaining every step and process along the way. Their office is spotless and full of gorgeous decor. I visited Dr. Aydin in the summer of 2016 for lip injections (1 syringe of Restylane) and I left extremely happy with beautiful fuller lips. While there for my appointment, my mother also received botox and she returned for more! I look forward to my next appointment for eyebrow microblading and lip enhancement and will gladly share photos! I recommend 100%! read more

I was going to go for a consultation for a procedure however, I had an emergency occur at work that would not allow me to make the appointment. I called ASAP day of the appointment to cancel. They charge a $100 for last minute cancellations. I understand but it was an emergency. Unfortunately, I had to be firm because the director Tina was extremely unprofessional. Tina was verbally abusive. Tina hung up on me after she said she wouldn't charged and I asked if I could get that in writing, her response "I'm too busy" and hung up. When I called again Tina said to me in a condescending tone, "aren't you busy, why are you calling me." Wish I was kidding but I'm not. They changed my original appointment to a day that didn't work for me and then was rude to me about cancelling. This experience has led me to believe this practice is shady. No respecting place would treat customers like this. read more

Had injectable today with Melissa, with a check in by Dominique. It was a peasant , successful experience. Melissa is professional, knowledgeable and nice. She did a fantastic job and I felt secure in the fact, that she knew what she was doing. I am not new to this game having previously gone to a well known Dermatologist in the City. So happy to have found this practice. The check in with Dominque was also pleasant and set the tone for my whole experience. read more

Went there for consultation in March. I show up only to find out doctor wasn't there and assistant will be doing it instead. Apparently he had an emergency. Understood. Lady was very nice and said she will present pictures and doctor will call me and discuss what can be done. It's mid of April and no contact from their office to let me know anything. If we as people have to uphold or appointments doctor should call us back with any information he was given especially if he was not present at consultation. It's like my consultation was forgotten about and I as a person was forgotten. Update: once I posted my review on google I was reached out to. Received a phone call while on vacation stating that they seem to have dialed wrong number?! When one calls and message picks up you either hear p# that was dialed or a personalized message. In so if customer doesn't call back wouldn't you contact through email also or try again to call n make sure p# was correct?? I worked in customer service for years and always made sure # was correct and touched based in other ways. Not only have I received calls now I have also gotten emails and text messages. Where were those b4 I posted review. They are offering me a facial and to go back for another consultation. It's too late. I'm sure I wouldn't of heard of them if it wasn't for review post I have written. Too late now. It's so convenient how they now have my number correct. read more

I was referred to Aydin from a good friend, who goes there for her lips which always look amazing. She told me to go to Melissa. I made an appointment which was so easy, they had so much flexibility with my work schedule and the people were so friendly and nice. I met with Melissa and let me tell you- she is amazing. She is sooo friendly and will actually sit and listen to you. I explained to her things I wasn't happy with or wanted to fix, like a scar I've had since I was little, which other drs had previously told me could not be fixed. Well Melissa fixed it. I also had my first Botox experience with her as well, and just everything about it was great. I will recommend this place to everyone. I felt so comfortable. once again I know the "rules before injections" as it was NOT my first time! I specifically asked BRITTANY if she felt it was to close to come monday with "her" as I had a very important wedding that same week saturday and she responded "no" simply "no I would be fine" and I was not .Instantly after "her" injection my cheek "blew up" I did not have "wine, nor aspirin" I bought from amazon what she told me which was "Arnica"that was all I took that week for bruising.Which I will add did nothing. As for injections before her yes Ive had "slight" bruising and since very little to none. What she did to me was horrifying as well as "unprofessional" and I have several pictures to prove it! read more

Since I was a young man I've always been fascinated with the art of film making. Then one day my arc of fascination reached its peak when I saw the John Woo film Face-Off starring Nicholas Cage and John Travolta. Since that time I was tickled by the idea along with my long time pal Rudy to make art a reality and attempt to complete a true "Face-Off" by swapping with Rudy. Aydin took Rudy and I in and listened to our request with the compassion, the understanding , and the true professionalism of a golden Phoenix . Although they refused the face-off I still thank them for the fantastic consultation. Maybe one of these days when science and machine truly merge we will all be able to live out our dreams. Was condescending and did not provide substantive medical guidance. Seems like I was treated differently as a POC.

Thank you Doctor Aydin for the exceptional care that I received from you and your staff. From our initial consultation with Miray, who by the way is very, very professional and super friendly, through the surgery and aftercare, I felt comfortable and in good hands. I was so nervous when I sat waiting to see Dr Aydin for the first time. When he came in to the examination room, he immediately put me at ease. He was so professional as he explained my options and discussed the pros and cons of the surgery. I felt at ease and scheduled my tummy tuck with liposuction. I worked with Miray on to schedule the surgery. The morning of my surgery, I was so nervous. I got to the surgery center to be greeted by a warm snd welcoming staff. To say i cant remember too much that day or the next 3 is an understatement. I know my husband told me Doctor Aydin called him 3 times during the surgery to keep him updated. He got his personal cellphone number to call or text if anything was needed, he was magnificent. Recovery has been rough but The staff has been there to support me through it all. Natalie the PA, took care of me on most of my post-op appointments. She explained what I should expect each week and addressed my concerns. She was so kind and thoughtful. Its been almost 3 months since my surgery and i am finally feeling like myself. I can do things I used to and more. I look and feel better about myself. Feeling secure and sexy... Overall, I cannot say thank you enough to Dr Aydin and his staff. From my initial consultation through my most recent visit everyone has gone above and beyond. Thank you all for my incredible new body. read more

Dr. Aydin, Melissa, Mary & the whole team are wonderful especially during the coronavirus. I've received lip filler from Melissa in the past and she's always done a great job. Most recently I had a tummy tuck and breast lift & augmentation in March. From the minute I spoke with Mary, the patient coordinator, I knew I was in good hands. I was a nervous wreck and she coached me thru everything leading up to the procedure. She was a text away if I was anxious or had any questions. Dr. Aydin & Mary worked with my budget as well. Dr. Aydin is the best. His work, his bedside manner, and accessibility is unmatched. He wants his patients to be happy with their results and goes the extra length. I am able to text him with questions or concerns any time and I've been able to come in for post-op check ups during the pandemic. Dr. Aydin explains everything in detail and makes me super comfortable. My body looks and feels amazing. Dr. Aydin listens to what you're looking to accomplish and executes perfectly. I'm constantly getting free products to bring home to assist with my recovery. The PA's & nurses are super helpful as well as informative. A lot of them have great advice from personal experience which is beneficial because they understand completely. Again, Melissa is amazing. Seeing a familiar face aside from Aydin before my surgery that morning kept me at ease and distracted from the fact that i was terrified. She's also been at some of my follow ups and went over and above by helping me wash up a bit before I was allowed to go back to showering (TMI but I really really really appreciated that). I appreciate every single person in the office because everyone goes out of their way to let you know you're in the best hands possible.
