Ive had a hydrafacial here before w out issue but this time was very very different. I have also been getting hydrafacials for over 10 yrs at multiple locations and have NEVER had an issue (and I am not on any medication or new/active products) I always come out with glowing skin looking better than I went in. I made the appt and verified the cost would be $149. I did agree to add dermaplaning to my service but was not made aware of any additional charges beyond that, or the cost. I think this may have been a miscommunication because I had a $100 birthday coupon I was planning to use but regardless asked what the cost of the service was...period (not after my coupon). That is also why I agreed to the additional dermaplaning. I reiterated before the service that my skin is sensitive and at the time had some clogged pores but only one active breakout. I left with red raw bumpy dry skin. I called immediately after the service to complain and asked for someone to call me also to discuss the $249 I was charged. I reached out thru Klara multiple times as well as sent multiple pics.The entire left side of my face was covered with large painful red bumps and breakouts. I did hear back once from the person that performed the service indicating it could be from the heat and should be better by the next day. Unfortunately things did not get any better the next day and I did not receive a call like I was told she would or message asking how it was. Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. Besides the fact my skin look significantly worse,,,I feel the costs were not upfront and transparent. Update :I had to see a dermatologist today because of the severe redness/irritation/discomfort. I've been going to this amazing establishment for about two years now . Went originally for fillers and Emily my injector is superb . My daughter also uses her as well . Hands down highly professional and well educated in her field . In Dec Dr Aydin performed an under eye procedure . From start to finish the entire team from office staff , to nurses , to the anesthesiologist were spectacular . Today was my post opt date and the office went above and beyond for me as they always do . Dr Aydin has a wonderful way of explaining the human anatomy and makes you feel extremely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation of showing your flaws . They feel like family to me and my family . My friend and I went to Dana at Aydin Aesthetics for our first-ever lip filler appointments. We were both new to filler and didn't know much about how it should be done. Dana told us we should start with a full syringe instead of a half, saying we "wouldn't see a difference" otherwise. Trusting her expertise, we each got 1 full syringe. At the end of our appointment, she recommended we come back in 3 months for another syringe because "filler doesn't usually hold the first time you get your lips done." Again, we trusted her judgment as the injector and returned after 3 months to get another full syringe. A few weeks later, we both started noticing that something didn't look right -- we had visible lip filler migration above our upper lips. The area above our lips looked puffy and pushed out, and in my case, my lips were also noticeably uneven. We've since learned that this was caused by overfilling too quickly, especially since we both naturally have smaller lips. Now, we're both in the process of multiple dissolving treatments to correct the damage and get our natural lips back. Looking back, we wish we had been better informed and had been guided more responsibly. Getting 2 syringes of lip filler within a 2-month span -- especially for first-timers with small lips -- is not best practice, and it increases the risk of migration significantly. Lip filler should be built up gradually and conservatively to avoid complications like this. If you're new to lip filler, I'd recommend doing your research thoroughly and asking for a more cautious approach. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Aydin Center for Plastic Surgery this past Saturday. I was referred by my cousin, Karly. This was my first time getting lip fillers, which I decided to do 1 year prior to my wedding. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and I waited for less than 10 minutes. The woman (I think her name was Amber?) who escorted me to my room and set up my lip numbing, questionnaire, etc was so kind and personable. She eased all my nerves and made me so comfortable. Emily greeted me, kindly and professionally (also I got the vibe that she is a very chill person who cares so much about her career)-- she asked what I wanted. I deferred to her judgement-- I said do what you want, just make them juicy but not like a duck. She did exactly that. I am now a week since receiving the filler and I am in love. This was all my face needed. Emily did a PERFECT job with minimal pain. She asked for my permission to record the session, to which I agreed (I don't care if people see! I'm proud of filler!) After, she did NOT try to sell me on anything else. She thanked me, gave me directions for care, provided an ice pack and exited gracefully. Afterwards, I started to feel faint (I unfortunately always faint when I get needles stuck in me), I told Amber this and she laid the bed down for me and let me rest until I was back to consciousness. Horrible experience! i had to cancel my surgery as they would demanded me to pay 100% even though the paperwork they gave asks about 50% only. There I am to pay 50%, but I ended up getting yeld at by their surgery coordinator! This is after I already paid $700. I was told $500 was refunded, it's been 2 weeks and still nothing. Came here for a consultation today and I have to say even though I came out of there not doing what I wanted to , it was a great experience. The place first and foremost is very clean ! That's super important for me and the people here are so lovely ! Every single encounter with someone in this office was great . I have been coming to Aydin Plastic Surgery for around 2 or 3 years and I really do love this office. First, you walk in and it is charming. Clean, well lit and everyone is so friendly. I have gotten injections, facials and have a breast aug. consult coming up who Nancy has been SO kind and accommodating with. Dr. Aydin did my injections the first time and it was a pleasant experience. Melissa has been doing my lips ever since. The one thing I rave about with their lip injection technique is that they use a vibration tool that basically tricks your nerves as you are being injected so you feel less pain. When I tell you- this REALLY works, it does. I've been to other offices that use dental numbing that require topical and then injections to numb before you even get your real injections done. That shit hurts! Because of the fact I feel no pain every time I get my lips done- minus some soreness after the fact and a little pinch when the needle goes in- I have no anxiety prior to my appointments. Another thing that I love about this office is they offer deals without compromising the quality of the service. Every time I go I earn points that give me a discount at my next visit, on top of the fact they offer periodic sales on injectables which my bank account is really thankful for. I highly recommend this office for any cosmetic or surgical needs. I no longer live in the area and I still drive two hours (each way) just to come to this office because I really believe no one else can compare based on experiences I have had here and elsewhere. read more

Wish I could put 0 stars. Terrible experience! I now understand what the other awful reviews meant. Turning 50 in August and have experience with getting procedures done on my face. After being referred to by a friend to try this place out, I did. Unfortunately I was completely blown away by the awful results, the lack of professionalism and to top off it off, the manager Rose's way of handling unhappy clients. Especially a new one at that. I went in to get rid of my wrinkles, lift my face like I have done multiple times in the past at other locations and appear more youthful. When I arrived for my appointment I was met Nicole. I explained to her what outcome I wanted, she agreed that she understood and proceeded to inject my face. Two weeks was the typical waiting period that I'd see my results and be happy as can be. In no moment was I told that it was a possibility this would not work or not make a difference. Two weeks passed. My face looks worse than before. I'm not happy. My right eyebrow still wrinkled when I moved it (movement wasn't suppose to happen) I called, one of the women from the front desk picked up, I explained that I wanted to speak to Nicole (the injector who worked on me), they told me she was busy and asked why I needed her. I told her and then they said Nicole wanted me to send pictures. I did and was schedule to come back. Second visit back, she charged me to get more injections around my eye, adding "extra" on the forehead "honoring my previous payment". I told her I hadn't been happy that my face didn't turn out as I had hoped, I had bruising and even said I needed to do massages on my face. Saying I looked "beautiful" when I clearly look worse than before... Still being unhappy, I decided to reach out to the manager to hopefully meet and discuss my concerns and come to some sort of resolution. To be clear, I spent hard earned money (which I'm sure everyone can relate), I accommodated them when they called me last minute to come in the second time because someone cancelled, leaving work early. And being flexible in hopes of an understanding. Rose is the manager. I ended up speaking to her in the morning over the phone. She seemed like she understood and told me she would speak to Nicole and that she would call me back to come to an agreement. She got back to me in the late afternoon and sent me a text message (I had sent her some pictures of my face too prior so that she had an idea of what I was talking about). Absolutely wonderful! My experience with Dr. Aydin and his staff was lovely! They are all so helpful and caring, explaining every step and process along the way. Their office is spotless and full of gorgeous decor. I visited Dr. Aydin in the summer of 2016 for lip injections (1 syringe of Restylane) and I left extremely happy with beautiful fuller lips. While there for my appointment, my mother also received botox and she returned for more! I look forward to my next appointment for eyebrow microblading and lip enhancement and will gladly share photos! I recommend 100%! read more

I was going to go for a consultation for a procedure however, I had an emergency occur at work that would not allow me to make the appointment. I called ASAP day of the appointment to cancel. They charge a $100 for last minute cancellations. I understand but it was an emergency. Unfortunately, I had to be firm because the director Tina was extremely unprofessional. Tina was verbally abusive. Tina hung up on me after she said she wouldn't charged and I asked if I could get that in writing, her response "I'm too busy" and hung up. When I called again Tina said to me in a condescending tone, "aren't you busy, why are you calling me." Wish I was kidding but I'm not. They changed my original appointment to a day that didn't work for me and then was rude to me about cancelling. This experience has led me to believe this practice is shady. Went there for consultation in March. I show up only to find out doctor wasn't there and assistant will be doing it instead. Apparently he had an emergency. Understood. Lady was very nice and said she will present pictures and doctor will call me and discuss what can be done. It's mid of April and no contact from their office to let me know anything. If we as people have to uphold or appointments doctor should call us back with any information he was given especially if he was not present at consultation. It's like my consultation was forgotten about and I as a person was forgotten. Update: once I posted my review on google I was reached out to. Received a phone call while on vacation stating that they seem to have dialed wrong number?! When one calls and message picks up you either hear p# that was dialed or a personalized message. In so if customer doesn't call back wouldn't you contact through email also or try again to call n make sure p# was correct?? I worked in customer service for years and always made sure # was correct and touched based in other ways. Not only have I received calls now I have also gotten emails and text messages. Where were those b4 I posted review. They are offering me a facial and to go back for another consultation. It's too late. I was referred to Aydin from a good friend, who goes there for her lips which always look amazing. She told me to go to Melissa. I made an appointment which was so easy, they had so much flexibility with my work schedule and the people were so friendly and nice. I met with Melissa and let me tell you- she is amazing. She is sooo friendly and will actually sit and listen to you. I explained to her things I wasn't happy with or wanted to fix, like a scar I've had since I was little, which other drs had previously told me could not be fixed. Well Melissa fixed it. I also had my first Botox experience with her as well, and just everything about it was great. I will recommend this place to everyone. I felt so comfortable. Once you step into the office, you feel at ease and all "surgery" fear, goes away. Immaculately clean office. Very well kept. You promptly are greeted by beautiful, sweet, smiling and very respectful girls. Less than 5 minutes, you are called in. You pass by more smiling faces and very clean rooms. Two minutes and the docter is in greeting you. Now, Dr Aydin is very nice, respectful and sweet. He makes you feel like an old friend, where you feel very comfortable discussing anything on your mind (God knows, i gave him an ear full). He listens to you intently. He does not presure you into something you didn't go in for. He tells you exactly what to expect, not only through the surgery, but all the way to the day you can go out in public. You would meet nancy for all the arrangement, who is one of the sweetest girls I've met. Dr. Aydin's smile stays with you until the anesthesia works it's wonder. Dr. Aydin dosnot only see you once after the surgery and then disappears, he would text you often in between follow ups, to make sure your are ok and would actually check on you through pictures texted to him. Since I was a young man I've always been fascinated with the art of film making. Then one day my arc of fascination reached its peak when I saw the John Woo film Face-Off starring Nicholas Cage and John Travolta. Since that time I was tickled by the idea along with my long time pal Rudy to make art a reality and attempt to complete a true "Face-Off" by swapping with Rudy. Aydin took Rudy and I in and listened to our request with the compassion, the understanding , and the true professionalism of a golden Phoenix . I was so nervous when I sat waiting to see Dr Aydin for the first time. When he came in to the examination room, he immediately put me at ease. He was so professional as he explained my options and discussed the pros and cons of the surgery. I felt at ease and scheduled my tummy tuck with liposuction. I worked with Miray on to schedule the surgery. The morning of my surgery, I was so nervous. I got to the surgery center to be greeted by a warm snd welcoming staff. To say i cant remember too much that day or the next 3 is an understatement. I know my husband told me Doctor Aydin called him 3 times during the surgery to keep him updated. He got his personal cellphone number to call or text if anything was needed, he was magnificent. Recovery has been rough but The staff has been there to support me through it all. Natalie the PA, took care of me on most of my post-op appointments. She explained what I should expect each week and addressed my concerns. She was so kind and thoughtful. Its been almost 3 months since my surgery and i am finally feeling like myself. I can do things I used to and more. I look and feel better about myself. Feeling secure and sexy... I've had some pesky stomach fat that wouldn't go away after going up and down in weight over the years and getting back into my regular workout routine wasn't helping. Dr. Aydin, Melissa, Mary & the whole team are wonderful especially during the coronavirus. I've received lip filler from Melissa in the past and she's always done a great job. Most recently I had a tummy tuck and breast lift & augmentation in March. From the minute I spoke with Mary, the patient coordinator, I knew I was in good hands. I was a nervous wreck and she coached me thru everything leading up to the procedure. She was a text away if I was anxious or had any questions. Dr. Aydin & Mary worked with my budget as well. The girls in the front are horrible with communication. Their customer service skills need work Bc there very rude to their clients and are not informative. They make you wait without giving you updates. They over book people and can't accommodate what they've over booked. They will stand there and argue with their clients rather than finding a solution to what works best for the client. Being a customer for so long and referring family and friends here you think you'd get treated better but Dr. Aydin and his workers done care about their clients.
