I have been wanting bigger fuller lips since I was about 18. Finally now at 25 1/2 I decided to go through with it. I was excited yet nervous because I wanted it to be natural yet still full. When I arrived the lobby was gorgeous and the staff was warm and welcoming. I filled out my paperwork and got called in. My PA was Emily and I had a great conversation with her. I started off just wanting lips but was considering Botox as well. Not knowing the lingo like "units", Emily helped me to understand everything and what that all meant how much I would need etc. she was open and honest and easy to talk to. ultimately at the end I decided to wait on the Botox until my next visit and went with the lips. Emily was an absolute perfectionist. She took her time making sure I was comfortable and it was overall a great experience. The day after the swelling had gone down with minimal bruising. i was very nervous to get smart lipo. any surgery I'm nervous for. But i went for my consultation and i felt very comfortable in knowing Dr. Aydin knew what he was doing. I got smart lipo on my stomach , flanks, and back. My results are everything i wanted. I'm on day 3 and thought i would tell you how my process is going. Day one surgery they numb you and start to melt the fat then they suck it out. Not going to lie but parts of the surgery i felt discomfort. Especially towards the end. I was able to see how much fat was taken out which was so weird but also very cool. I was under a local anesthesia not a general which means i was awake for this process. Once he was finished i wasn't woozy or dizzy. They sat me up and automatically put me in a garment, which is called a faja. This garment is very tight and uncomfortable. but needs to be on so the healing process can do what it has to. It also controls the swelling. I wasn't able to see my results till morning of day 2 once i took my garment off to shower. I had some bruising underneath my breast and was very sore. I can see my stomach was flat but also swollen. I was very happy. On day 2 Dr. Aydin reached out to me to see how i was doing which i thought to be very nice of him. He is very sweet and easy to understand. Sleeping is kind of hard because the garment is so tight it is very uncomfortable. I find it easier to be up and walking around then laying down is very hard to get up especially without help. My tummy feels itchy which is common i looked it up. I'm excited to see how this week goes!! Thank you to Dr. Aydin and Nancy she is very sweet and so personable. The entire team gets an A+ from me. A good friend of mine highly recommended Dr Aydins office. I had an appointment for Monday and was so excited. I called the office today because I keep getting texts from the business to link to an app. I requested to be taken off the automated message system and just to get either a phone call and basic email. The reason is that I get a million messages a day, spam, etc. I don't want to miss an important message or confirmation. The lady on the phone was insistent that it MUST be done through the app. I asked if I could just come into my appointment early to fill out the paperwork. She kept insisting on their app, when I blatantly asked if I was not allowed to just fill out the paperwork in the office it was only then she relented but then kept saying what if the they are with a patient or something or other. She kept fighting it. It was obvious she just didn't want or care to help me. After she agreed to let me do the paperwork in the office, she then insisted that I upload my ID before the appointment. Wait, what? Didnt we just go through all this. My last straw is when I said that I'm sure there are elderly patients who don't use the app so there must be another way and she nastily responded "we don't have this problem with anybody else". I felt as if I was not welcome and that my business was not wanted. It's crazy to lose a client because you can not work with them outside of a text app on your phone. I have never had this issue with any other drs office even ones that use the same system. I ended up canceling the appt because it was clear that I would not be treated respectfully and with good customer service. The tone was super condescending and crazy when I'm the one paying them. I'm very disappointed cause have been looking forward to this appt for weeks but I don't feel welcome at all so I don't feel comfortable visiting this office. read more

i went here about a month ago. the most beautiful doctors office you will ever see! a lot of my coworkers have gone here and couldn't recommend it enough - especially because when you refer a friend, you get a discounted service. i saw nicole and she was lovely! their new client special for Juvederm is absolutely amazing. such a good price for this service! i had a couple deep acne scars i've had for years and i wanted those filled in, with the remaining filler in my lips. nicole knew exactly what i wanted and i left the office feeling 1000x more confident! definitely coming back in a couple months. read more

Had an appointment at 1:30. Showed up at 1:10 and then at 1:45 was told the esthetician was running 20-25 minutes late. It was a complete waste of my time since at that point I would have been waiting an hour. A note for the future, if staff is running late - call your clients prior. There are many other facilities that are willing not to waste their client's time. Practice what you preach - if you take a client's credit card information in case of a no-show or late cancellation then should they get compensated when you did not fulfill your appointment? Thought so. I may have just been going for a simple facial but you lost a client for life. read more

What more can I say about this place? As soon as you walk in you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel lobby the décor is super fabulous!! I was immediately greeted by the super attentive staff and checked in. After I filled out my paperwork,I was taken right back to my consultation! What can I say about Dr Aydin and his staff. I've known the doctor when he repaired..... saved the legs of a family member who at first sight other doctors first talked of amputation because of the severity of the damage. Through 20 or more different surgical procedures and Dr. Aydin plastic surgery she know walks again. To see how far she come from the beginning of the injury actual damage( the left foot was entirely severed) to how it looks now is nothing short of amazing. Dr. Aydin stated with further visit he feel more can be done and I believe it whole heartedly. Very recently I suffered injury to my bottom lip and had to be rushed to the hospital. The first hospital stated I would require some plastic surgery Iwas sent to Weschester Hospital. I prayed to God that he provide me with a good doctor. I initially found this place on Groupon and have since returned as the service was excellent. I can only speak about getting a facial with Heidi. I basically felt like she was very knowledgeable and experienced which can be hard to find when it comes to that kind of thing. If you have fragile skin I recommend going to her. After every other facial I had my skin was irritated when I left but somehow Heidi managed to have my skin looking great not only when I left but I still had a glow a few days later. Where do I start? This was my first visit to Aydin Plastic Surgery in Paramus. I have been doing research on Lipo procedures for about 2 years now and have met with several plastic surgeons from Miami to Mass. I found Dr. Aydin after researching local surgeons in NJ and read the reviews before making an appt. My phone consultation was pretty straight forward and seamless. I received a call a few days before my appt to confirm, which I truly appreciated. I had a late evening appt which I was also thankful for as I have a crazy schedule. I was greeted by very pleasant front desk staff members who were prompt with processing my paperwork as a first time patient. I then met with Cinzia who was not only very knowledgeable, but patient and thorough as well! She took her time and answered all my questions in detail. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I met her. I then went on to meet Dr. Aydin for my consultation. He was so easy to talk to, I felt comfortable and at ease. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and tells you his honest opinion. I discussed what I wanted and he gave me the reality of what I could expect and I truly appreciated that. Let's just say my consultation started at 6pm and I left the office a little after 8!!! They took their time and answered all of my questions and I even came back the very next day to have pics taken so I could see what my procedure would do for me. The time, patience, knowledge, genuine care and ease of my consultation and the staff, alone made me feel that this was the doctor I was going to choose. I was referred to go there by one of my coworkers since she told me they would give me a HNMC discount. So, I called and wanted to verify whether that was true. They said that wasn't true, but claimed to have the best prices. When I inquired about the cost for lip fillers, they said around 450$ and a free consultation. That was an excellent price, so I went. The PA didn't give me time to explain what I wanted. I said I wanted a natural look, and that was it. She didn't go over the different options of fillers. They said they're going to use one syringe of voluma filler. I was hesitant, but everything was rushed. Everyone working in that office looks identical. 10 minutes later I looked like them. To make matters worse, they told me to pay 650$. I protested since that wasn't the price I came for ( if I wanted to pay that price they are far from the first option). They challenged me by asking me to provide the name of the staff member who gave me that price... but I had no idea ( also one of the front desk girls had a nasty attitude). Two weeks later my lips looked ok. Far from natural looking, but hey at least I got a pout. When my lips mellowed down, I wanted to redo them at their office. I ask if I can come in on two visits ( I didn't want to have duck lips on Monday), but they said that wouldn't be possible. So, I decided to switch. Today I visited another office ( Elysium Aesthetics and Vein Care in Paramus). The doctor took his time giving me advice on what filler would work best for me. He advised against using voluma for my lips because five years from now my lips are going to stretch and would probably need more than one syringe. Hence, the overdone look of many influencers. He ended up not doing my lips and told me to wait at least one month before I come back. Tip: take Dr. Aydin's office reviews with a grain of salt, they bribe their patients with a free facial. read more

Doctor Aydin is amazing! My son almost died in a car accident. He severed all the tendons his hand and required a skin graft. Doctor Aydin repaired his hand and within 6 months he was able to use his hand again. We will be forever grateful to him! His staff is courteous and always helpful with anything we needed. Im not one for writing reviews but I thought this was well deserved. This place has an extremely friendly staff which makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I have been there a couple times so far for face fillers/injections and have been pleased with my results.
