I made the appt and verified the cost would be $149. I did agree to add dermaplaning to my service but was not made aware of any additional charges beyond that, or the cost. I think this may have been a miscommunication because I had a $100 birthday coupon I was planning to use but regardless asked what the cost of the service was...period (not after my coupon). That is also why I agreed to the additional dermaplaning. I reiterated before the service that my skin is sensitive and at the time had some clogged pores but only one active breakout. I left with red raw bumpy dry skin. I called immediately after the service to complain and asked for someone to call me also to discuss the $249 I was charged. I reached out thru Klara multiple times as well as sent multiple pics.The entire left side of my face was covered with large painful red bumps and breakouts. I did hear back once from the person that performed the service indicating it could be from the heat and should be better by the next day. Unfortunately things did not get any better the next day and I did not receive a call like I was told she would or message asking how it was. Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. Karen in the office was great and really helped me throughout the whole process. Dr Ganchi was very informative and my Procedure went smoothly. The scars from the procedure are unnoticeable and I was back to work within a week. I'm extremely happy with my decision. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I was not required to have blood work done prior to the surgery. My surgery was done on 9/9 and I found out I was pregnant on 9/15 (this was unexpected). Now, they did perform a urine pregnancy test the morning of my surgery however, it must have been too early to tell. This caused quite a scare for me but I immediately contacted both doctors and my daughter has since been born and is healthy and was not effected by the procedure or medications taken during recovery. My OBGYN said it's always best to receive blood work prior to a surgery, this being one of the reasons why so I would strongly suggest that even if you are not told or advised to get blood work, I would just to be on the safe side. Other than that, I would use dr ganchi again in the future.

I had a breast lift on one side and a reduction and lift with some lipo on the other. This is…read morebecause I had a lumpectomy in the past so I was uneven. The lumpectomy side just needed a lift. The staff and facility I thought was great. The end result a year later is that I do think they look much better, but I don't feel they look the same. The shape is different. This may be because of the prior lumpectomy but I think this should have been taken into consideration. Also the side i had the lipo looks like it needs a bit more lipo as you can see a section that clearly needs a bit more. There is like a layer of fat. When I went to my last follow up, the Dr wasn't there. And he wasn't there on a few follow up visits. The nurse was, to take some final pics and said I can have a bit more lipo done, but it would be another lipo procedure, meaning I would have to pay again. Which I feel to be unfair as I already paid to make them look the same. And already paid for lipo. This was expensive ..all in all, I feel they look better than before but still don't think paying for more lipo is quite fair. Also while I was recovering one side got a fungal Infection. I don't know how that could happen as I kept it very clean and followed all the directions. All I can think of is the tape that was put on was not put on properly and moisture got beneath it. I had to go in and have the tape removed earlier than expected, and put anti fungal medication on. It wasn't even noticed , as I was sending photos, until I specifically pointed it out. So I did have a difficult recovery. It was a stressful time for me.

I chose to move forward here because I trusted her work and had seen her results online and on Instagram. I also paid a $250 consultation fee, which is the highest I've paid, so I went in with high expectations. During my consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted a lift along with implants and mesh. I specifically chose this practice because they offer mesh procedures. My bill was not itemized. It only listed surgery, implants, and anesthesia. The mesh wasn't listed, so I called the office to confirm and was told it was included. Based on that, I believed everything we discussed, including the lift, was part of the plan. On the day of surgery, when I reviewed my consent, I questioned why the lift wasn't listed. I brought this up to the nurse practitioner, who said she would speak to the doctor. When the doctor came in, I was told I did not need a lift and that my breasts were fine and symmetric, and that the implants and mesh would allow them to fall into place and give me the look I wanted. Based on that reassurance, I moved forward. Since the day after surgery and throughout all my follow-ups, I've expressed that I wasn't happy. By around week 3, I noticed sagging and was told it would improve and fall into place by 6 months. Now 6 months later, that didn't happen. My breasts are sagging more than before, I can't wear certain clothes I used to, and it has really affected my confidence. At my recent visit, I was told a lift may not be safe and that I signed a consent that did not include it. While I understand consent is important, I had already brought this up before surgery and moved forward based on what I was told at that time. It was also frustrating that the details of our prior discussion did not seem to be clearly acknowledged. I'm honestly just very disappointed with my experience and results.
