Once again the entire experience has been completely professional and comfortable. 9am appointment, I arrived at 9:05 (hit some traffic) and was taken to the procedure room within minutes. Procedure started a few min later. Dr Feinberg is a very personable/friendly individual and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Staff was great again and the private waiting room (where you go in between stages of the procedure) is a nice touch. At 55 I have a completely full head of hair that gets complements from the ladies and makes my mostly balding friends jealous!
