She explained the location where they are, and the service that they provide. I made my first appointment with Secilia. I had the most amazing experience. Secilia is a consummate professional. She's friendly, inviting, and very personable. She puts you at ease and make sure that you're relaxed. She's also very communicative making sure that she understands exactly what your needs are. Every time I call Cecilia answers his phone and says hello Barbara, which adds such a nice touch a nice, personal touch. They offer many different types of Sugaring but I can say that each time Cecilia does it she does an excellent job. She talk you through it while she's Sugaring you and make sure that you're OK and also always ask if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend anybody that is looking for a new location or has never had a sugaring before and wants a new experience or any other services to check them out. It was a kind of bait and switch game, I was offered to see another Dr. He cares more about his baseball memorabilia then he does about his patient. I guess he can offer that kind of bad service when you have one foot out the door for retirement. I did however get a follow up call from the Dr. explaining he had an emergency and offered to make it up to me and even see me on a Sun. and provided me with his personal cell number.

Upon check out I presented both cards, one for my mom to use and one for myself. The reception said they didn't take Spa Week, I told her when I called the receptionist said they did. Whatevs, but I know what I was told. On my second visit (2 weeks later), I booked a mani and pedi, but the manicurist I booked with was no longer employed there, so I was very surprised because I wasn't notified. The new girl was good too, so I was satisfied, but normally a call with the option to keep or cancel appointment is my practice. The business sends frequent email blasts that let you know about specials and pricing, which the prices have spiked, as of April. A regular manicure will now cost $30, color gel mani $55, basic pedi $55. These new prices will determine the frequency of my visits.

Compared to waxing, sugaring is gentler on my skin and is a natural exfoliant, so I have less irritation, breakage, and ingrown hairs. I've also noticed slower and minimal growth. My skin just looks and feels so much better! Sugaring NYC has a convenient scheduling system. Because it's a franchise, you can choose from multiple locations. You can book online and choose from a lot of time slots. I was able to make an appointment the day of and booked a Brazilian wax ($65). Service was great from start to finish. The doctor listened to my concerns about my skin and kept a low setting. It was a only slightly painful on the 'normal setting', like a rubber band snap. The capillaries on one side of my nose are gone. I had a large, red one on the other side, and it is faded, though not completely gone. I think the IPL was a good investment at the cost, as it reduces the time and money for makeup on these red spots.
