I am still traumatized from my experience!!! From the moment I walked in Evelyn was rude. She first claimed I didn't have an appointment, then said she called me the day prior to cancel my appointment, then decided I had an appointment and she could see it there, all the while talking at the top of her lungs. There's no time of day where that type of behavior is acceptable, and definitely not that early in the morning. The doctor was sitting next to her and kept saying it's fine, but her combative nature had to keep going. I still don't understand why she was screaming at me the way she was. While sitting with Dr. O I mentioned that his front desk needed customer service training as Evelyn's behavior was unacceptable. He proceeded to tell me I looked like someone punched me in the face, and kept repeating it. Talk about inappropriate!! I've never been treated like this in my entire life. They are terrible service. Makes you wait for hours on end. Stole my money. First of all, i told then I missed my one session over a month ago cause i have covid, so didn't go cause i didn't want to get anyone sick. So I am making an appointment after 5 weeks, the lady come with a paper from doc saying you don't have covid. I said maam i literally just told you i forfeited one session to not make anyone sick, why would i lie after 5 weeks again. Lady was being rude and yelling and lying saying I have covid and trying to come in, she canceled my appointments and not giving back my money. I am one day post op and as you can imagine a little bit sore. I am only taking Tylenol though. After high def 360 liposuction and gynecomastia gland removal by Dr. Onwunka assisted by his team, I couldn't be happier with how I was treated, and the attention to detail he paid. I have a long road to recovery, however, this isn't my first time under the knife. Dr. Onwunka is the best, follow Evelyn's instructions who is also a knowledgeable and great nurse. After surgery, I drank Pedialyte to stabilize me, ate banana, carrot, black berry, blue berry and drank Candela tea without sugar. Waking up a little sore, but nothing Tylenol can't handle every 6 hours. You need help after liposuction - do not take that lightly. From the ride home to changing your padding to catch fluid, do not try to do his high definition 360 liposuction without a helping hand at home. Thank god my girl knew what to do, slept on the couch but 1 day post op and I can feel the changes. I did a CO2 laser Resurfacing at this place a month ago and the doctor got my skin burned. I have many marks in my face and it is making me very very upset. I have done this laser before with another doctors and never had this Hyperpigmentation. I went to another doctor to have a second opinion ( a real Dermatologist) , and they say my skin should be prepared to a very high setting laser . Now I need to spend 5 times more the amount I paid to get the CO2 laser . Be aware and find a experienced professional. A wrong procedure can totally affect your self esteem and cause serious, permanent damage. Otherwise they were very nice, but it doesn't repair the big damage they did to me . read more

I found this place on Groupon and when I called to confirm hours they said i needed to go there for consultation. I went there yesterday as they require. I found myself with the worst customer service ever. The front lady I am guessing the manager has a very very thich Jamaican accent which makes it difficult to understand what she is trying to say. The only thing that was not clear to me is what was the difference of massages as the prices were different to the one package I wanted to buy on Groupon. I totally didn't feel comfortable and I felt I was being treated with no respect at all and I didn't sign up for anything. They schedule you for appointment and when you arrive, there's no one at the front desk and there's a sign that says wait an additional 30 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and then a man who runs the place comes out and I ask him how much longer would I need to wait. Instead of answering my question.. he tells me that any doctor office you go to you have to wait very rudely. I pretty much told him he was rude and unprofessional to respond to me that way. He literally walks away and sends his assistant to tell me that they were denying me services, yet I hadn't even received services and felt they had no people skills and were extremely unprofessional. Guessing that's why their prices are so cheap... because they lack the professionalism and proper mannerism. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ho there. Disenchanted by my experience at Looking Good Cosmetic since early on. I went to LG to continue on my laser treatments on my back ... I had been going in NYC and was looking for something more convenient. Well since day 1 they wanted more money-- I bought a package for my back of 3 sessions and they refused to begin until I purchased another set of 3 as it was "incomplete" So being a paying customer at this point, and expecting some semblance of regard or respect, I scheduled my first appointment at 11 am. I tell you the truth this doctor was not timely for ANY of his appointments. Towards the end I started coming later not expecting him to arrive until minimally 20 Min AFTER my scheduled appointment. Never a call to notify that the patient is here and waiting for you. For the ...scheduled appointment. Just seems like a complete lack of regard for people... Beside this I was generally unimpressed by the dr bedside manner... didn't seem to want to answer any questions or concerns. My mom bought a Groupon for me but it ended up being under her name for here before COVID happened in The beginning of the year. I called in June and explained it's in her name but she wants to gift it to me. The lady Evelyn said they arnt doing anything for face till July and to call back then and if should be fine if it's in my moms name and wants to give it to me. I called back in July and it was going to expire July 15 so I tried to make the appointment before the 15th. Evelyn said she didn't have anything until the 15th so I said OK perfect and it's OK if I use my mom's Groupon yes no problem again she said. I get there on the 15th the day the coupon expires mind you I'm coming from New York going over to George Washington Bridge paying $16. I get there only to be told no I told you your appointment was the 16th I said but my coupon expires the 15th and I explained that to you she said yes and I said I would honor it even though it's expired on the 16th.After I got over being annoyed about the confusion I said I would come back tomorrow the 16th for my appointment I explained again that my mom had bought the Groupon I brought my mothers phone and my mother's ID with me and I said are you sure I'll be able to come back tomorrow and get this done. Evelyn said no problem she printed out the Groupon from my moms phone and took a photo copy of her ID. I left disappointed and annoyed but knowing I'd be coming back the next day. The next day comes I go all the way over to Jersey again and I get their fill out my paperwork sit down only to be told the doctor will not take the Groupon if it's under my mothers name. I explained this to her multiple times she assured me that it was fine multiple times!! She had no remorse for her mistake she just came out and coldly said the doctor will not take your Groupon. When I explained her mistake to her she proceeded to yell over me trying to get her point across that the doctor is the boss and not her! She reassured me multiple times that it was OK and I asked specifically because I didn't wanna waste my time again. They're rude in that place not even caring then I came twice and still didn't get a service done. Now the Groupon is expired and we're gonna have to try to get our money back through Groupon. This place is unprofessional and rude. It's dirty and dingy and it's in a basement and it smells like mold the women at the desk are unattractive and do not deserve to be representing a plastic surgery office. PLEASE READ! this is the worst facility i have ever been to. i had a co2 laser procedure done to my face last year and it honestly did nothing to my face and the procedure was super painful. the staff was really rude over the phone when i initially decided to get the procedure done but i did not think much of it but when i got there in person, the staff was still rude and unprofessional. it looked like they came to work to be social then to actually work. the laser machine were a bit old and the doctor did not even take the time to talk to you to see what you wanted to do. the doctor just came into the room and started the treatment without a word. but being that the procedure was paid for in advance there was not much i could of done. a year later, i called and to my surprise; they are still rude and unprofessional. i called to get my medical record or a doctor letter to state the procedure that was done and the staff denied my request of receiving my own medical record. Which is illegal! i mentioned that it was illegal to not provide me with my own medical record and i can sue if they refused and she answered by saying "sue away". this same lady (Evenlyn) has a very heavy accent and i had asked her to spell out their email address for my medical record request being that she had an accent and she followed to call me a racist. for personal reasons, i decided to record this phone call and she felt threaten and went on to give me of attitude and unhelpful. PLEASE avoid going to this facility as the service is not great at all and the staff is unprofessional! save your money or go somewhere else. hope this review can be of your help and can prevent you some headaches! this type of procedure or a cosmetic office should be stress free and to have to deal with this type of stressful situation when all i wanted was my mecidical record. i am considering getting my attorneys involved if i do not receive my medical record. will keep you all updated. i usually never leave reviews but this place is not worth your money! read more

Part 1: Ok so this will be a 2 part review. I had a consultation yesterday at 10 am, it was pretty easy for me to get an appointment. Definitely easier than any other cosmetic clinics that I have contacted. The receptionist is not as professional as she should be but I guess it is because of the language barrier. I didn't have a rude experience thank God. I had a pretty good consultation with Dr. O. I am interested in inner thigh and flanks lipo with fat transfer to butt. The only thing that held me back from actually booking a surgery date was the condition of the office. It was looking a bit sketchy. I kept asking when is the next available date and they said once I put in the $1000 deposit they'll give a date and everything else I need to know. But before I left she (I do not know her name) showed me March and April's calendar which I appreciated. I found Looking Good Cosmetics on Groupon and after seeing the reviews was skeptical in terms of their services. However after speaking to the staff my fears were quickly settled. The Doctor is kind and takes his time to chat with each and every patient, the nurses and receptionist are personable and feel like family more then anything. I have gotten a full body liposuction from this practice and I could not be happier. Though my experience and nervousness was very extreme. I had no point of reference and I have never had any kind of surgery done in my entire life. The day of my surgery the main nurse and the surgical nurse joked with me helping me ease my mind. After the surgery they saw the my petite mother would not be able to take me home or even take care of me. So they helped my mom book a local hotel and then drove me themselves to the hotel and got me into the bed so my mother didn't have to. The kindness and sometimes the tough love that I needed in order to heal properly is what I have found amongst these people. Who care for each of their patience as though each success is their own success. Every time I come to the office for a follow up or a massage appointment I run into new patients and old ones all raving about the success of their procedures and the happiness of their choice of surgeon and clinic. I cannot highly recommend this place enough. They are no doubt the best! My only complaint if any is - the massage rooms are very cold but something I can handle considering the outcome of my body. read more

HORRIBLE!! Stay away! I purchased a Groupon deal for laser hair removal and upon arriving for my appointment, I was told to call in the following week to reschedule due to my skin being too sensitive due to sun exposure (which was understandable). I tried calling multiple times with no luck. It's been months and they were unreachable. After 5 months of no response, I decided to open a claim Via Groupon. I received a resolution response email from Groupon stating the "Merchant has confirmed that the Groupon was used". The email also provided a contact number so I decided to call the merchant again to finally make an appointment. The receptionist was completely rude and said they will not treat as I am "Trouble" due to opening a claim with Groupon. She did not let me speak and hung up the phone on me. The office itself is very messy and does not look like a professional environment. BEWARE. I originally posted a bad review about their customer service and took it down because I wanted to give them an extra chance. Big mistake. I had an appointment for CO2 fractional laser and as I walk in they tell me that the machine has been broken for some days and that she will give me a call back on the machine is working and that she meant to call me but never gave me a call. I ended up wasting time gas to go for this appointment when they should've called and canceled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't know what kind of customer service they have in Africa but America shouldn't have ppl who don't know what customer service is. It is difficult to set up an appointment here because they are always Telling you that the days are not available and then when you finally get an appointment they need to cancel it and on top of that they don't tell you that they need to cancel it so you end up going there for no reason.
