This was an amazing gel set, I wish I could shout out my artists but I cannot remember her name. I showed her an image of the nail art I wanted and she did so good! They worked with me to pick the correct colors and she checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I was happy. I've gotten countless compliments on this set! If I lived near this would be my go to spot. They are a bit pricier than other places around, but since it lasted three weeks without ANY chip or peeling it is worth it! I even work with my hands and sets don't even last the full 2 weeks sometimes.

I did receive this gift card a while ago. And was told by the owner today that they will not honor…read moreit because it was too old and issued by a previous owner. The owner then fought with me trying to tell me it was a different name on the salon, which if you can see from my receipt as well as the gift card it is not. There is no expiration date on the gift card. I don't know if it was sold by a previous owner or not but even if it was to try to keep a customer, I would give some form of discount, especially when someone purchases over $100 worth of services. Because of this, I will not go back to the salon.

Anytime I would ask her to be more gentle (she was literally causing me cuts to my cuticles while roughing up my hands), she would IGNORE me. On top of that, she explained to me the point time she did deign to speak to me that LED lights don't damage your hands. I wanted to let her know that both LED and UV emit harmful rays, but I honestly did not want to engage with her any further because she was so rude, it made me uncomfortable. This was the second visit I had her and I urge no one to come here unless she no longer works here.

When looking at the reviews, don't disregard those of us who rated it low. I'd be wary of those who rate it 4& higher, especially with such a low ratio of feedback. Also, the pandemic is no excuse to be rude to customers; that's how you lose clientele. However, it seems to me that this establishment needs a major rework on proper etiquette.
