$40 for a mani/pedi seems quite pricey for the area was my reaction when I first walked in. I later found out they offer $30 mani/pedi Mon-Wed. While this is still about $5 over the average price for the area, it's worth it. Great mani/pedi. Great massage while getting my mani. Overall, a very nice and clean experience compared to the other 2 nail salons within a mile of this place. read more

Not that great with gel or powder nails. The most embarrassing part is.... The girls wait for tips. I went to get my nails done and I had a massage. Can you believe when I was paying the girl with the massage put out her hand and said tip tip tip for Massage and the girl that did my pedicure also was standing there and then the woman that did my nails was just calculating everything. They actually look at the tip and then look at you with crossed eyes if they don't like the tip you're leaving them. I would not go back. read more

Ruby is the best!!!! 10/10 highly recommend her & paradise nails for UV gel manicure and pedicures!

UPDATE*** It's been 6 days and my nails are already chipping at the top where the gel polish didn't cover. Gel typically lasts me at least two weeks from other places. I work an office job so not really doing much with my hands that would have caused this ---------------------------- I thought this place was just average. The staff was friendly, the gentleman that runs the place was so nice. But I didn't find it that hygienic. All of the files that were used on me were clearly already used in other people. Also after filing my nails they didn't wipe off the nail filings from my hands so she did the entire manicure with my hands covered in nail filings. They did not paint my nails all the way to the tips of my fingers so you can see the whites at the top. Will have to file that down otherwise it just looks like it's already chipping and I just got them done today. They also aren't shiny and look kind of dull. I'm also pretty sure they ripped me off. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I had a gift certificate for a regular manicure and pedicure, and I asked if I can pay the difference and i still owed $30. On their Facebook page it says a gel manicure is $35 and a regular manicure is $15. Even if they raised their prices, a $30 difference seems like a lot. read more

I got my nails done a week and a half ago and have been noticing in this week and a half that the nails are almost or have been breaking off to where I have to glue them back on they looked grown out after a few days and they seemed very rushed when there were only 3 other people there they were very rough and I just don't recommend them read more

Love this place, clean and very nice people. My pedicure lasted over a month. Was not rushed and they took their time on getting it done right. read more

I absolutely love this place. My review is specifically for pedicures. They are so kind when you walk in and honor appointment times (in my experience). They have a wide range of colors to choose from across various high end brands. Pedicure technicians are lovely. Never once had anyone judge or say something about feet for me or anyone I've had accompany me. They put a liner in the foot spa and you can watch them open fresh tools. They always check the water temp, have working massage chairs, and let you choose between Lavender or Green tea for the foot bath and lotion. They use a hot towel, hot stones, and you can opt in for callus removal starting at $10-15. The technicians take their time and do an excellent job. Complementary water can be provided upon request. My pedicures always come out beautiful and my feet feel clean, refreshed and ready to go! They even have a loyalty punch card for return visits and a cash discount price. read more

I love this place and the people. I/my bf and i have been going here for the past two years and we have never had a bad experience! They know us by name and they treat us so well. Jane and Amy are my nail hero's and are always ready for my weird color choices. The pedicure ladies are amazing and give you the best leg and foot massages 10/10. And the man who gives the massages...he is so talented and will literally find the knots and magically make them disappear. Paradise nails is a great place with amazingly talented people read more

I never once had been to a nail salon that took 2 plus hours to complete a refill of a set of acrylics. Not only did it take long but the polish was nothing like what i had asked for. When i asked the nail person to take off the polish they started arguing with me. I agreed to pay for my nails which had no gel or polish on them and they charged me 55 dollars for nails with no polish or gel. I will never be going to this place again and I do not recommend it for anyone: read more

Really like this spot! Third time here and it is always good. Very clean and staff is polite. The pedicure was great and if you go Mon-Wed it is $30 for a mani/pedi. Worth the price. My only complaint is no comp shoulder massage while your polish dries but I can deal with that! read more

Best pedicure EVER! I've never had a more relaxing pedicure. It is so relaxing and clean inside too. Andy did my nails and I also got a 15 minute chair massage. He was incredibly strong, next time I'll tell him to be more gentle. They use a very gentle oil or something during the massage and it isn't smelly or anything. This is the place to go if you want to feel pampered like never before. And they're all very nice. read more

Horrible place. I was charged $15 to TAKE OFF my nails when I was told the original price was $10. I was overcharged because "my nails were too thick" and they didn't take all of the acrylic off. Terrible service, wouldn't recommend at all. read more

In the beginning, service was amazing getting a massage while my manicure was being done. I opted to pay $23 for a 15 minute massage after the 'trial' was over. It was a good massage. I just got a regular old fashioned manicure; literally the WORST manicure I've ever had in my life. I have a solid pastel light green color, there are areas where it looks streaky. There's also 2 nails with what look like air bubbles. And, my one nail in the corner (didn't notice in the salon) there is like an extra glob of paint on the tip of my nail. Oh yeah, and I got cut twice while they were cutting my cuticles. Just a bad experience overall. I had high hopes that this would be my new "go to" with the massage perk. But I don't think I would ever go there again with the possibility of getting the same nail tech that did this manicure. There's other competing nail salons in the area which I am sure do so much better. My search continues. read more

I've been a regular here for 4 years. I love that this place is always clean, odor free, quiet and courteous to customers. I think all of the bad reviews here about price miscommunication is due to the fact that the owners don't speak fluent English, but they are really nice people and I think all problems can be resolved if you talk to them patiently. Price is right, not any higher than other nail salons around the area (Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes etc). I am a tough customer, but I've been coming back here for 4 years because their service is consistent. If you go few times and try different girls, you can find the one you will want to stick with. I love Jennifer for manicure and Andy for pedicure. Andy will give you the BEST foot massage during your pedicure. Please give it a try and you won't be disappointed! Enjoy!!! read more

This place is great and I have been going for 5 years! Mani, pedi, foot massage (the spa pedicure with reflexology is heavenly). You can request more time on the massage and all are pleased to accommodate. They are very knowledgable on the latest techniques, skilled in massage and very friendly and accommodating. it's my favorite place to watch Ace of Cakes and the Food Channel as well as good sports games. I just think this team is top rated and I am a serious diva when it comes to my mani, pedi and massages. read more

Worth every penny! The pedicure was amazing! Went at a not so busy hour so was able to be serviced right away! This isn't your average pedicure. Just over all life changing... Terrible communication. I asked how much a gel manicure was and they said $30 so I went for it. I finished and got charged $55. I explained that's not the price I was told or I would have went elsewhere. The worst part was she said to sit back down and she'll take off the gel polish so I can pay $30. Very unprofessional and childish read more

Got a gift certificate for manicure & pedicure. I do not get my nails done on a regular basis, however, I know the difference between good and bad. The worst manicure I ever got. Even my daughter who goes regularly, not there, said that it was terrible. Terrible job on cuticles all uneven, some trimmed and some not. Terrible application of polish, gap between cuticle and polish. Pedicure was okay. I have no issued with people speaking their native language to each other, however, in a business situation I thought it was very rude for them to do so, when customers are present. The first time I was there several years ago, another gift certificate, my experience was much better. However, the woman doing the pedicure made a mistake and the owner was so mean the way she yelled at her. I felt so bad for the woman that I gave her a big tip. read more

I tried this place once or twice for pedicures and it was not bad, a little pricier than the local places, but satisfactory. So, I decided to take them up on their eyelash extensions offer of $80 first time, full set. The first one was ok, honestly I expected more than just a natural look, the second time was a full, was $80 again, and the third time two weeks later as they never seem to last longer even though I maintained them to the book, was $100, and barely looked like I had anything done. I will never return again!! What a rip off!!! Very unhappy with their unprofessionalism. read more

Terrible customer service. Went in and asked for a full set, the lady said no. Um? I needed my nails done so I figured I'd do the gel manicure like she wanted. She barely filed my nails or cut the cuticles and when I pointed out that they were all uneven AND the polish on a few nails had a hair in it (which I pointed out earlier) she just kept saying no! My pedicure was maybe 10 minutes long. No massage or foot rub in the slightest. The girl kept getting up and walking away or stopping to pick her own nails. Every time I pointed out something was wrong, they just say no! Very disappointed and will definitely not be returning! read more

I will NEVER go back here again. First of all, it is a bit pricey, and yes they do a good job. But it seems every time I go it is a different price and you cant seem to get a straight answer out of them. Today, it seemed like I got an attitude as I did not come back soon enough to get my fill ins. First of all, I was unable to and second of all, the nails actually looked good and stayed on. After she was done she said it was $10 more for waiting too long to come back. Maybe its my fault for even telling them it was 4 weeks or she wouldn't even know. REALLY? That has never happened to me anywhere else. There are plenty of nail salons around. I'll pay less somewhere else and be happy. Very poor way to run a business. See ya! read more

Paradise nails is 1 minute from my house, I haven't gotten a mani pedi in awhile so I decided since the weather is nice I was going to go in. Ultimately they do a pretty good job and prices are reasonable but recently I had a bad experience there. They were offering a sale for their anniversary. I called in with my friend to see what they were offering, they told me manicures and pedicures 30%. My sister, my friend, and I all went in to get a manicure and pedicure. There was a new sign that was up for some new pedicures they were offering (no prices were listed). We also asked when we got in what was the sale because their sign said 40% off selected services but they told me 30% off when I called. Again, they told us manicures and pedicures 30% off. We got some lavender pedicure, when we got our bill it was $85.00!!!!!!! We were floored! Couldn't believe it, again we said to them we thought it was 30% off and they told us oh that was only for regular manicures and pedicures not spa pedicures which we got. I thought that was very deceiving since we asked them what the sale was, said we wanted that pedicure and they didn't say anything! what they should have done was told us that pedicure was not included in the sale. Very disappointed, won't be going back there again. read more

I go for weekly manicures and am always very happy with my nails. My regular manicure lasts 5 days even though I'm constantly doing dishes, laundry, and washing my hands. Pedicures are relaxing and the foot massages are fantastic. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, it's clean, and there is plenty of parking. read more

I used to come here all the time when it first opened many years ago and was a huge fan. I stopped coming for many years because it was absurdly expensive and I couldn't fathom spending that much. Lately I've decided to try it again as it is just a few minutes from my house. The first time I came back, the polish job was terrible. I decided to let it slide. I just got back from another regular pedicure and today was a disgrace. She started my pedicure, and then stopped to move to someone else. I waited for a few minutes and then she came back. That was weird. She didn't ask if I wanted my toes clipped, but I figured I would let her do her thing and file a lot. She didn't cut my cuticles and rushed through everything. At the end, when she began to polish, I looked at my nails and it looked like nothing was done. My nails were still long, there were cuticles everywhere, etc. I asked her to make them shorter and pointed out just some of the cuticles. She attended to them but in the end, it was still not acceptable. Then when she did the polish, she did such thick coats and the top coat was all over my toes (skin included). There was a huge mound of polish and top coat on each toe, I've never seen anything like it. I am really unhappy with this recent experience, and I should have gone with my gut when I returned a few weeks ago. Paying $30 for a regular pedicure is ridiculous, but I'm okay with it for a stellar experience. This is less than par, and I am done giving Paradise Nails and more of my money. Will not be giving them another chance. read more

Very disappointed. Having been going here for about a year, today is the LAST time. Called to make an appointment with a particular girl. Arrived again mentioned who my appointment was with, "yes no problem, pedicure first" When it was time for my manicure the girl was no longer available as she was doing a facial which had been pre-booked. Walked out without my manicure and will not be going back. read more

They do a great massage but employees aren't trained on the products they use. My feet were severely burned form the callous remover they used. They wrapped my feet in Saran after applying product with a squirt bottle it was not till after my feet were burned that I found out product is only supposed to be applied to callous area for 3 seconds and then rinsed off and not to touch any of your other skin. read more

Watch out with this place. I called and they told me $35 dollars for an acrylic fill in and a gel manicure.. While the lady was doing my fill in she started picking my existing nails off. When I went to pay they charged me $55 because she basically put a new set of nails on without asking me. The next day my sister called for the same thing and they told her $50 for an acrylic SET and gel manicure. When she got there they then told her $80. Their prices aren't true to the price board. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! i wish i could give zero stars. I asked for a simple acrylic set and the lady said she could do it. When she was glueing the tips on they kept coming off,and when she started to shape the nails they were all different shapes. I waited to see how she applied the acrylic, and let me tell you she did not know how to apply acrylic. The acrylic was dripping all over my finger. after she did one hand I told her I did not like them, and she tried to tell me they would look better after, but i was already annoyed at the fact she didn't know what she was doing and that my nails looked HORRIBLE. After telling her multiple times to take them off she finally did and she had a very nasty attitude the whole time. she continued to tell me to go somewhere else, as i was soaking my nails off she started to clip her OWN NAILS. overall terrible experience and will NEVER be coming back :) read more
