The salon itself is bright and clean, with quite a few stations for both manicures and pedicures. I always get a spa pedicure and a diamond gel (builder gel) manicure. I was offered the "new color" when I arrived which I was excited about and everything was going fine. A client sat beside me maybe 25mins into my appt who was also offered the "new color" (I figured they had multiple bottles because they kept offering it) by the same main Asian lady up front. The neighbor client was maybe 10seconds ahead of me to get painted and her nail tech who was sitting elbow to elbow with my nail tech snatches my color from my station and starts using it. Ten seconds later my nail tech asks me what color I want and I could not have been more PERPLEXED, and reply "well that one" and she asks me if I wanted to wait for it, which I replied that I was already 15mins late so no. I am appalled and honestly quite mad but she offers me another color and I had no option but to continue. I have NEVER in over 30 years of getting my nails done experienced such unprofessionalism by BOTH nail techs. The one that took the color and mine for not saying anything and then asking me to wait??? The client also knew what was happening. I am extremely shocked and disappointed at this experience and was hoping this would be my new salon. To make matters worse, at the end of my appt I told my nail tech and she was giggling at it. If you decide to go here, I wouldn't recommend going to the staff member who has really short hair, similar to what Halle Berry had at one point (short on the sides and like an updo) Although from looking at the other reviews and seeing no response from the establishment pretty much sums up what type of business this is. When looking at the reviews, don't disregard those of us who rated it low. I'd be wary of those who rate it 4& higher, especially with such a low ratio of feedback. Also, the pandemic is no excuse to be rude to customers; that's how you lose clientele. However, it seems to me that this establishment needs a major rework on proper etiquette.

The tech changed the drill bit for a few minutes and shortly after went back to the metal one. She didn't cut the cuticles or clean out the sides which is what was my typical experience was here. I had so much anxiety that I was going to lose a toe in the process this ruined the self care aspect. I think I'll give the gel manicure another chance but I'm done with getting bloody pedicures here. I'm actual really annoyed and feel taken advantage of.
